The staff at Forsyth rd storage King were very helpful! The storage perfectly met my requirement at a reasinable price

The staff were super helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. Storage facility was good too, and I got a good initial price. However, overall, I thought the ongoing cost was too expensive.

Easy company to deal with and staff very polite.

The unit was fine but the female employee who works at mt Gravatt was a pain as she on my back about things that had nothing to do with her, telling me my child has a foul mouth... Which she does not!! Snapped about the movers I used as I'm on a budget can't afford the top of the line. The male who works there told me to call 7 days before the month was over as I did that... But she answered the phone told me that he would never say that....well I did what he told me as why would I know other than what he told me when I signed the paperwork with him

The team at Storage King were very professional and friendly. Their efficiency, from my initial enquire to signing up, made the process very smooth. I highly recommend.

Had a great experience from first phone call. Went to visit the site - check out the space. Site manager was very clear, friendly and upfront about all costs, including insurance. Ended up renting on the spot. Got a great deal for paying upfront for a whole year.

The staff have been very helpful, and have always been honest and open in our dealings.
The premises are always clean and well maintained.
The security system for the storage units seems to be of the highest standard.
Some upgrades to the yard storage would be beneficial.
