All staff who served me were great. They assisted throughout the process - from initial inquiry to quote to quote acceptance to arranging removers to placing in storage to advising about how to manage the storage unit.

Our experience when starting our storage journey was great, staff were happy to show us around the facility, so we could make an informed decision about the size of unit we required. Documentation was explained well including ongoing costs.
However we did have some issues a couple of days later, with the electronics on site but after a number of phone calls etc and a bit of thought on how to escape, we managed to get ourselves and another person out of the site.
Staff gave us a call the following day to discuss what happened and off an apology.

The lady at Morayfield went over & above to help me out & organise another storage shed when my removalists didn’t stack my furniture properly & couldn’t fit it in my first shed, she had already closed up but didn’t hesitate to help me

Storage King are the worst place to store anything, they allow illegal businesses to operate from units and then when they have a fire they deny everything and take no responsibility for everyone’s losses
