The Jindalee branch is so clean and modern. The staff are very lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Staff at Jindalee are very friendly and offered to put some archive boxes together for me which was very helpful. I was contacted and informed when a larger unit became available and was impressed that Tenille remembered our discussion about my concerns with the smaller unit I had booked. Correspondence by phone or email was answered quickly.

I've used Storage King at Jindalee several times now. Each time the staff, (Sheryl, Tenille), have been exceptionally helpful, friendly and professionally supportive during my contacts with them. I marvel at, for such a big complex, the Units are always so clean and a big plus is that the Units are all inside the Building, so no worries about your precious belongings getting weather damage during placement in Unit or removal. Jindalee is a handy location, with access easy for Customers as well as Furniture Removalists. I won't go anywhere else!

Very pleased with the service provided by Storage King Jindalee. The initial signing-up process was very straight forward, the staff were very helpful, the facility is extremely clean and well maintained, and access is easy and secure.

The team at Storage King Jindalee were always helpful and accommodating, especially Sheryl who always went above and beyond to help.
It’s a very safe & secure site with good access. One risk is if the lift is out of order for any reason and you are renting storage space in a particular area, you will need to use the stairwell to access/move your goods. This only happened once for a few hours and was fixed immediately the next morning.

I was able to organise a storage area from another state. When I arrived at the Jindalee site the staff remembered me and were so friendly and helpful. Great facility with all the options I could want.
