Super helpful with great advice, helping me choose the correct size storage space. It was nice knowing that it wasn't about up selling to make more money out of me! Outstanding customer service. I move alot for work and have used other storage places in Melbourne & Sydney… and Storage King Fyshwick is the best ever. They’ll listen to you, provide great advice and where possible propose a unit to hire to meet your specific needs. Last time I was on crutches then had a moonboot - this time I moved into the unit 3 hrs before funeral of a loved family member and was weeping: very kind and caring. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Fyshwick Storage King and wouldn’t consider anywhere else in Canberra.

Really happy with storage king Fyshwick, the manager is very helpful and the process to set up was very easy. The unit was spotlessly clean and access to the facility and unit is great.

I would highly recommend Storage King. Booking and organising a storage unit was pleasant and easy. Moving and storing my property has been great and I feel secure about my belongings.

We have been very happy with the amazing service provided to us at Storage King Ipswich st Fyshwick.Mark was realy helpful and did go the extra mile to find us the proper storage space to suit our need. We were given a bigger storage unit than the one we reserved for our convenience but wasn't charged extra. Also need to mention the great discount that was given to us. Its been very stressful packing up my home, not knowing where I would go once my house was sold. When I called storage king and spoke to Julie she was so friendly reassuring and helpful. I felt that at least storing all my belongings wasn't going to be a big deal. The storage unit is clean secure and big enough to hold all my household possessions.

Super easy to deal with, and all staff very friendly, and very mindful of social distancing and hygiene. There were ample sanitising options provided and I felt very safe in the office and on the premises.
