I was very happy with the service I received. The price and the options offered were excellent. Whenever I called with a query, the team was helpful, friendly, and provided clear information.

Easy to set up , great customer service, easy yo manage

Helpful staff area is very clean very easy to operate

The site manager was friendly, helpful and did a walk though with me. Later when I arrived with a truck load of items they met me outside to make sure the truck would easily enter and exit the property. The storage unit is exactly as advertised.

Have found SK to be very clean staff to be helpful, As this is my first experience hiring a storage unit I appreciate the reminders for insurance and rent due reminder as this is a busy time for me, also like the discounts offered for the units. Thankyou Tony

I recommend you avoid using Storage King. They are greedy with pricing and will rapidly push up the price they charge you, after your initial sign-up.
I rented a unit in April 2021 for $95 a month and within 2&1/2 years the same unit cost $190 a month. Just greed on their part.

I've used Storage King Canning Vale in the past, and when needing to organise a small storage unit I sought quotes from two local self-storage facilities, including Storage King. The quotes were much the same, but I never heard back from the other one, whereas Storage King followed up with me regularly, and kept me informed about the availability of units, as they were in short supply.

When it came time to go ahead and move in, it was all very smooth. They are very professional in their processes, and walked me through entering and leaving and made sure I understood the hours and that I could enter the code correctly.
