We used 1st Self Access Storage for a year. Very clean, easy to access when we needed to and staff always very polite and helpful. We even had a refund when we vacated mid month.

I was made homeless unexpectedly, I was so so stress walked into the office I had tears in my eyes. Marcus was brilliant he said dont worry I will reserve a unit for you come when you back when you can. Everything had to be done very quickly and he was able to accommodate me. I was very grateful for him he has been magnificent in many ways. He gets involved in everything and make sure everybody is happy. Richard was fantastic too and the rest of the team. Forever greatful

Such a lovely company to rent storage from. From start to finish, 1st Self Access have catered for my needs and always been extremely helpful whenever I needed to ask them anything. The storage containers are carpeted, dry and I felt my belongings were more than safe at all times. Would highly recommend.

Great service from Mark and team at 1st Self Access Storage at Old Sarum. They have provided a well managed service, professional and friendly, and always been very helpful as we have needed differing sized storage. The site itself is great; good location, easy access and parking. We'll have no qualms about using them again.

The team are excellent and always go the extra mile to help. As a company we need more than 1 unit for the different departments and it is exceptional how none of our deliveries get lost or allocated to the wrong department.

I have used Salisbury 1st Self Access Storage over the last four years. We knew our contents would be safe and secure during our time living abroad. The facilities are clean and well kept and on visits to the Storage unit I felt safe. Matt and the team could not have been more helpful.
