Ordering of chairs very straightforward…
Ordering of Ellis grey dining chairs very straightforward and confirmation email was quick from stools and chairs. Informed DPD would deliver on stated day . Got an email 4 hours before delivery from NCF not Stools and Chairs stating my delivery was going to a different address in my street ,despite my order details being correct ! Replied to email from NCF, to advise them of their mistake and still waiting on a response from them. I actually went out in snow and sleet to find the house and thankfully the owner redirected the chairs to me . Also the DPD driver knew me and recognised my name and wondered why the house number was different. The error with my address was not with Stools and Chairs but with NCF.
The chairs themselves are really nice and comfortable. Quite fiddely to build and unable to fix 1 screw in 1 seat due to thread inside metal seat area not deep enoigh for screw. 1 chair also doesn't sit flush on my carpet but neither issues affect the chairs . These chairs are heavy and very sturdy and don't topple when you sit forward, unlike cheaper chairs of a similar style . I ordered 4 chairs to see how they fitted round my new table and I'm delighted with them. Will order another 2 soon.

I am sorry for the mix up with your delivery. It appears that the house number was inserted wrong onto the delivery labels, and had entered 23, as opposed to the correct house number. This was an error on our end therefore, we sincerely apologise for this and we are very grateful to the helpful neighbour who re-directed the stools for you. We are glad that you are pleased with the stools and look forward to you shopping with us again soon, we promise to get the right house number next time! ;)
