Handed my jacket 2 weeks ago which I was asked to collect in a week. Upon calling to check if it was ready to collect, I was advised it would take another week or two. Upon calling today, I was advised they have damaged the jacket and refused to deliver it back. Stay away!!!!

Dear Mr Hussaini, thank you for your review. As advised when you booked, a leather jacket takes longer than standard dry cleaning due to the nature of the natural skin. I also advised on booking that our collection and delivery service did not cover the Bedford area. Due to the lack of a manufacturer label giving material details and cleaning instructions, we had not cleaned it and advised that to continue without the relevant information could lead to damage - but as we had not cleaned it, there was NO damage.

Amazing service, I needed to get my king size duvet cleaned. It was collected the same day I put the request in and was back the day after. Will defo be back again.

So the mattress topper came up clean…
So the mattress topper came up clean (only one stain left) but it came back lumpy and we could no longer use it!
I’ve actually contacted the manufacturer to see why this could happen!
