The service was top notch and communication is effective. They allowed us to stagger our payments for our holiday of 6pax.

Great personal service

The team at Stone Travel assisted me in getting tickets for two unaccompanied minors (one being under 5) which was so difficult and almost impossible but they persevered to make sure my kids got to travel..

I was also impressed by how they were messaging to check if the kids had checked in and if they had arrived OK. It was a personal touch which you hardly get these days from a business. Great service and I'll definitely use them again for our travel plans 👏

My ticket was issued on time i had paid…

My ticket was issued on time i had paid in advance ...the agency kept checking in on me while i was away as it was Covid times. I had to change my travel date back to zim on short notice and everything was done smoothly. Ive recommended my whole family to travel using stonezim . Im a very happy client.

Nyasha is phenomenial and his communication is bar none

Nyasha is a long time friend of mine , his communication skills with me as a client is extremely good.

I would suggest that StoneZim gets more agents so he is not overwhelmed .

I travelled with my while family and Nyasha made sure he dealt with everything calmly and in a timely fashion

Stonezim travel did all the bookings for me flights and hotel
They handled my delayed flight and missed connection with professionalism and expertise. They promptly rebooked my flight and kept me updated throughout. His calm and patient approach reduced my stress
levels.
