From the initial consultation through to fitting, we can’t rate the experience highly enough. Louise took us through every step, talking through all our needs and suggesting the best options for us. No rushing and very helpful. The fitters were also great - polite, on time, and a superb finish. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The windows and doors are perfect and we couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you!

Absolutely superb service and my new window is wonderful. We needed to have a custom made bathroom window after needing to move the original to accommodate a shower in our new bathroom. Louise and her team couldn’t have been more helpful.

From first contact this company were friendly, honest and really cared about getting the details right for us. We had previously had a very disappointing experience getting a quote from a large national company and Louise and her team were the perfect tonic to this.
We really wanted to add heritage windows back into our property, but with the current windows being in a very bad state and our reno budget being quite modest we weren't sure if we could remotely afford it. Louise was happy to quote us for what we wanted and put no pressure on us at all. When the quote for our dream windows came in at the same price that the national company had quoted us for standard white upvc top openers, we were thrilled.
Chris was very knowledgeable and explained to us really well what would have been here originally, and how they would have been fitted. Which was a really nice gesture because we are a bit obsessed with adding a bit of character back into our old house.
The installation was great: they turned up when they said they would, they worked very very hard and were incredibly tidy. They were also very understanding about the occasional dog escaping from downstairs.
It can be a bit awkward having people working in the house all day. But they were a pleasure to have around and were incredibly thoughtful.
We are thrilled with our new windows and think they were fitted beautifully (not easy in our old wonky house). When there are lots of companies selling the same windows, from the same company, it is the installation that really makes the difference. I really could not recommend Louise and her team enough.

Can’t fault the whole process. Using the door designer tool on their website was brilliant and allowed me to chose with confidence. Communication was excellent throughout. On day of fitting the team turned up on time, were very professional and informative and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn’t ask for anymore and would definitely use Stone Valley Windows again and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

After getting a quote from a company promising that they wouldn't be beaten on price, I still obviously wanted to get another quote to be sure. After seeing the great job Stone Valley did for our neighbours we thought we'd give them a call. I'm so glad we did, not only did they beat the price by quite a lot, the spec was the same if not better and the service was outstanding. Louise was so efficient with her comms and the lovely guys that came out were so polite and left the place spotless. I knew I had a great company when they actually pointed out a couple of minor snagging issues that we hadn't even noticed and they quickly replaced glass to ensure we had a perfect result.
