Sample Order lesson learned - stick to local if you can
Ordered a sample tile on a Saturday only to realize on Sunday morning there was not enough tile in stock to complete the job. Emailed immediately on Sunday morning to stop/cancel the order, but evidently no one checked the emails through Monday morning. Also talked to a representative on Monday morning and was told a refund would be issued. Later that day, notified of shipment. When the tile arrived, it looked nothing like the examples given on the website - used both a pc laptop and an iPad pro. It's very disappointing. Floor and Decor cancelled a sample order for me and issued a refund within the hour.

First and best, the tile itself was perfect, no damage and a fabulous color. Then, when it was lost in freight the company was very alert and prompt in helping. What nice people to work with in a project. Thank you.

What a great experience!!!
What a great experience!!!! I was very hesitant to order such a large purchase from an online company but Emily was so kind. She quickly sent the samples I ordered and was very patient with me while I spent several emails questioning her process. I was SHOCKED that I paid for my order after the end of the business day in a Friday and the following Friday my palette of GORGEOUS Fallen Leaves Terrazzo arrived in PERFECT CONDITION! I highly recommend Stone Tile Depot and would absolutely order from them again. Great price, great product and outstanding customer service.
