We have checked your order (placed on 1st December) and can see it was successfully delivered on 8th December at 14:43, with proof of delivery and a photo provided by Royal Mail. We’ve just sent you an email with all of the delivery details, including the tracking link.

Amazing salon and a very good shopping experience. Packages and products came in brand new condition they also provided free luxury samples. Yes I would reccomend this company. And I will be shopping here for my hair care from now on. Super fast next day delivery too 🙌

Came in for my birthday treatment as a regular, the stylist Masako went out of her way to bring in a piano so her daughter Fran could play music for me throughout my appointment, out of this would experience!
