Stone discolouration assistance
I purchased stone and grouting from elsewhere and had problems with discolouration. In researching possible solutions I spoke to Jake. Really helpful, and able to provide technical information and answers to my problem. Knowing what I have learnt now he would have been my first reference point. Thanks Jake

Really disappointed in the product
Really disappointed in the product, I ordered two grout samples, I could not try them out on the wall as they were too watery, I would have said it was paint not grout. Complete waste of money.

I can see you purchased the Essential Perfect Grout. Apologies but this is a Grout Paint used to recolour existing Grout. We unfortunately don't sell Grout only Grout Sealers and Perfect Grout for recolouring. I hope you manage to find the product you are looking for.

Ease of use with this product!!!
Very easy to apply this stone/porcelain protector onto my tiles.
Using a mini roller it took minutes to apply it onto my floor tiles. I then left the tiles for 24 hours.
The end result was an amazing finish very pleased.
The only drawback I have with this product that it states that it must be used within 6 months once opened

Excellent service with Live Chat!
Live chatted with Jake and he was so helpful. I had some staining problems after using the Matt Sandstone sealant snd unfortunately using some soapy water before it had cured.
Jake swiftly diagnosed the problem, advised a solution and offered to follow up in a couple of weeks.

Sadly not worth it
Unfortunately did nothing to improve appearance of my hypo cleaned sandstone. Terrible waste of money will revert to the product I’ve been used to. Real shame cos this stuff was not cheap at £150.
