I had a wonderful experience with Jake at Stone Bridge Auto Transport. He worked all week to get me a driver at a fair price and was the only person who was honest with me out of all of the brokers I talked to. He found a driver exactly when I needed it, and there were no issues with the shipment. I will be recommending him to anyone else that needs to transport their car.

Please do not fall for this scam
Let me tell you, I wish I had done more digging on this. If you are thinking of shipping your car, please IGNORE this company. I'm sure they aren't the only ones with this scam, but they have zero control over what they quote you. They do not ship anything themselves, they're just a bunch of people who take your bid to actual trucking companies, which can charge you anything they want. They gave me a quote of $895, took my deposit, and then the day of the pickup, they called me and said the driver was demanding $2400. Once weeks go by and your car is stuck (unless you wanna pay the exorbitant price), You will not get back the deposit under any circumstances.

When you signed your shipment agreement, our Terms and Conditions clearly outlined how deposits are handled and the circumstances under which refunds are available. These terms are designed to protect both our customers and our carrier partners.
Deposits in auto transport are held in good faith once a carrier is secured and commits to your shipment. They are non-refundable once the carrier has accepted your job, as per the agreement you signed.
If your situation qualifies for a refund under our specific Terms and Conditions, we would be happy to review your case directly. However, immediate refunds are not provided as standard practice once a carrier has been assigned.

Here's what occurred: After multiple schedule postponements, market conditions changed significantly. Fuel prices increased and the dry route conditions affected driver availability and costs. When we presented the revised quote to you, it came directly from the driver's bid not from us inflating prices.
We communicated this situation to you before proceeding and gave you the choice to move forward or cancel. The price difference reflects actual market conditions and driver availability, not deceptive practices.
We genuinely tried our best to work within the changing circumstances of your shipment.

SCAMMER - DO NOT USE
Same as the others here. They quoted me $495, signed the contract, paid the deposit and then the fun began. Didn't contact the seller until the morning of, we agreed they would contact him 3 days prior. Seller had to move to the next day. At time of pick-up, Stonebridge now says there is now a $1,400 amount due to fuel increase and driver availability. WHAT??? They are scammers!!!
