The withdrawal is not received.

The withdrawal is not received.
.but they told withdrawal done at their end and sent a word typed fake order slip (not orginal bank statement)and refused to give withdrawal.
I sent my bank's transaction video statement.But they are not accepting my orginal bank statement copy video..but i have to accept their word typed fake order slip.What a funny?!!!
If they really done imps transaction then money should be received.But they didn't send money.so only asking my bank letter instead of sharing their bank statement. I shared my bank statement as a proof.Why can't they share the original UPI screenshot bank statement.will they provide their bank letter to me?
Is this user friendly withdrawal policy?

STOCKITY IS A STEREOTYPICAL PLATFORM

Well stockity is a platform of stereotyping, they offer the manager for clients with VIP only showing no remorse for the ones in Standard position. Like for the past four weeks I've been facing a withdrawal issue, I'm using Standard bank which is not even there as an option of Bank Options, only Standard Chartered Bank so where does that leave me. They want me to invest more money to get my money how is that possible. I've been seeking for help from their team for the past five weeks and they all seem to ignore my real issue. They can't take accountability that their system is trash or misfunctional cause even the method to use of transferring money to your bank, they only provided me with one option "Bank transfer" which leads to my withdrawal rejection cause there is no other option.
THEY EVEN TOLD ME TO STOP SENDING THEM EMAILS, SO THAT'S THE KIND OF PEOPLE THAT ARE WORKING WITH STOCKITY. Meaning basically they want to keep my money cause I even provided my bank details as email after the last review but NOBODY RESPONDED TO ME.

After reviewing your case using the account information you provided, we found that the withdrawal requests were submitted using the Standard Chartered Bank option, while the bank account details belong to Standard Bank, which is a different financial institution and is currently not listed among the available banking options on the cashier page. Because of this mismatch, the system automatically rejected the withdrawal requests.

Our support team previously suggested alternative ways to complete your withdrawal, such as using a bank that matches one of the available options or selecting another supported withdrawal method like a crypto wallet. These options were recommended so that you can still receive your funds through a supported channel.

We understand that this situation may be inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion it may have caused. Our team remains available to assist you. If you decide to proceed with one of the supported withdrawal methods or if you need guidance during the process, please let us know.

Muito ruim, estive na plataforma por mais de um ano sempre depositando valores considerável. E um belo dia do nada me bloquearam e sem explicação alguma por quase dois meses e meu valor ficou retido sem qualquer chance de retirada ou explicação, entrei em contato com suporte várias vezes e só dizia esperar sem nenhuma justificativa então coloquei tudo em uma operação e pronto sai da plataforma deveriam ter mais responsabilidade pois precisava sacar e fazer novo depósito e continuar então não aconselho ninguém a colocar dinheiro na stockity não não haverá retorno algum pois não e uma plataforma confiável...
