Thank you for your review, although I am sorry for the delay you've experienced receiving your order. We have been informed by Royal Mail that Italian Customs has had a major IT issue, resulting in considerable delays processing International Mail. I can see through tracking your order is now progressing through the system, so hope you can bear with us while your order makes its way to you.
