The smallest problem causes massive delays and stopped service. They moatly do not update the site for interruptions.

I lost something/I left something in the bus and I know it’s my problem but you guys never check if there is any left items on the bus, there could be really valuable things, that’s what you guys should do after each shift.

The worst transit system in North America. Metro never runs, always service interruptions and monthly bus passes are over $100. I stopped driving as I work downtown and decided to use the metro, what a mistake that was. It has functioned less than the times the service has been interrupted. Absolutely ridiculous for a company that gets $650 million dollars a year with sky rocketing fares for no service.
STM Puzzling Situation!
I understand when there is bad weather or staff issues, but on January 15, 2026, with only a moderate snow fall, the 165/465 on Cote Des Neiges, was completely absent for hours, not even one bus passing from around 7 am at least to 10 am at least (my own experience between 9-10 am and a report by a colleague who was trying just after 7 am). I could understand delays or a missing bus here and there, but I cannot find any reason or justification for the whole route to be cut for hours and without any notifications to the public about any issues so people can make other plans. The Montreal public transportation is probably among the most expensive around the world. Not good!

- Les stations sont très mal entretenues. 80% des escaliers roulants ne fonctionnent pas. C’est sale et inondée.
- Toujours des perturbations et retards.
- Toujours des grèves.
Par contre nous on doit continuer de payer et de plus en plus cher pour un service exécrable.
Mauvais service
Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile je l’aurais faite.Les chauffeurs de bus sont extrêmement arrogant ,ne savent pas effectué leur tâches d’arrêter aux arrêt et à être à temps à leur arrêt, parfois même, inexistant.Il font la grève pour avoir plus d’argent ,alors qu’il sont très bien payé,mais ils ne savent pas travailler.C’est ridicule,rien ne va dans ce système de transport.C’est de l’ingratitude et de l’arrogance envers leur usagers.C’est à boycotter.

J’ai plusieurs points négatifs à souligner. Premièrement, le bus à côté de chez moi (la 47 masson) est pratiquement toujours en retard et ça arrive assez souvent qu’elle ne passe pas du tout. C’est très fâchant quand ça arrive. Et aujourd’hui, j’ai dû aller à Longueuil, j’ai utilisé ma carte opus à montréal et j’ai acheté un aller-retour pour Longueuil… lorsque j’étais sur mon chemin du retour, au métro Longueuil, aucune de mes 2 cartes fonctionnait, j’ai dû acheter un passage AB en plus… il me semble qu’il aurait moyen de faire plus simple pour faciliter la vie aux usagers. Le transport en commun est rendu cher et le service se dégrade énormément.
Arnaque complet
Franchement, la STM mérite une médaille… mais pas pour son service, plutôt pour son art de prendre les clients pour des pigeons.
Tu achètes un billet, tu penses naïvement que tu vas avoir un bus ou un métro pour te déplacer… sauf que non. Grève, service coupé, zéro info. Mais eux, ça ne les empêche pas de continuer à vendre des titres de transport comme si de rien n’était. De la vente mensongère, point barre.
Et quand tu demandes un remboursement ? Là, silence radio, ou pire : un mur d’indifférence. Service client inexistant, aucune empathie, aucune solution. Leur seul talent, c’est de te faire sentir que c’est toi l’idiot d’avoir payé pour un service qui n’existe pas.
La STM, c’est le combo parfait :
• Opacité totale sur l’information,
• Aucune responsabilité,
• Et une belle arnaque déguisée en transport public.
Si une compagnie privée osait faire ça, ça s’appellerait carrément de la fraude organisée. Mais comme c’est la STM, ça passe crème.
Bref, merci pour l’arnaque. Montréal mérite mieux que ce cirque.
The buses should come after the school…
The buses should come after the school timing not before the school finishes timing for me my bus comes at 2:56 but the school finishes at 2:45 but we also need some time to go to our locker put our stuff back in the locker and in the bag and then we get out of the school at 2:50 and I have asthma so I can’t run that much so the bus should come at 3:00 so that we can walk at our normal speed and get the bus on time it happens with me everyday that’s why I am giving a two star rating for now.
Racist bus driver
I'm here to vent about something that happened 10 years ago on this shitty transport system bc I need to get it off my chest. I don't know how they admitted their employees but whatever was the process, it sucked. One morning I was about to board a bus and the bus driver suddenly honked at me, got rude, and started yelling racist insults. He directly targeted me because I was Asian and said something like "OH YOU SPEAK CHINESE? WELL I DON'T SPEAK CHINESE." I wasn't even sure what I did wrong bc all I heard was his racist bullshits. By the way I was 13 years old and it did traumatized me. Thanks, Montreal. I’ve never felt so safe using your dumb service.

Arnaque, service client inexistant !
J’ai commandé un rasoir chez Klyne pensant acheter un produit de qualité, mais j’ai été totalement déçue. Le produit ne fonctionne pas comme promis, et j’ai voulu le renvoyer. Depuis, silence total : le service client ne répond plus à mes messages. Aucune solution proposée, aucune prise en charge. Je me sens complètement arnaquée. Fuyez cette marque !

Horrible service, I would expect a better service since it’s a first world country. Please note I come from a third world country and we have a waaaaay better service. Buses are always late and we’re lucky if they ever pass. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Sadly is the only service they have.
Absolute trash company
Absolute trash company. As French as they get. You can’t even talk on the phone on the bus. What kind of stupidity is that? I’ll ride a uber any day over that trash bus. Whoever owns the company is a twig. Allow phone calls on the bus your bus drivers are all under payed and crap.

Today 20th of march 2025 , bus 968 at 6.50 am from Roxboro Pierrefonds direction cote vertu … me and my friends were exceptionally surprized by the kindness and worm smile of our lady driver Louise. she s the most kind and devoted bus driver I met in Montreal. Our city needs many more people like her . Thank you Louise for starting our day with a smile !!!!!!

Ne respecte pas les horaires soit ils sont en avance, soit en retard. Meme en hiver! On peut rester à l’arrêt plus de 20min à attendre l’autobus. Aucun respect pour les usagers
