So... St. Johns' Bay Rum Co. is now My shining example of how a business should conduct itself.
Superior product, ease of ordering, several options, timely delivery and most of all impeccable communication.
The most rewarding aspect of this whole transaction was when I received My order there was to my surprise added value in the form of a beautiful dop bag and a hand-written note from Rhys L. Moore asking Me about a statement I had made when I placed the order. Therefore I must respond: In the spring of 1980 when I was in my early 20's a large splash bottle of St. Johns' Bay Rum was given to Me by a friend. That actually lasted Me two years until the last intoxicating drop came out of the bottle. I was never able to find the product Stateside after that until the internet became a thing. And only recently was I able to find this product on generic sales sites and at outrageous prices. So, I wrote off this elixir as a once in a lifetime luxury and was content with my memories. Then about a week ago an add came up in my Facebook feed. I bit quickly and I was giddy at the prices and bought Myself a Christmas present. Thank you for helping Me relive this scent that has so many wonderful memories around it.

I use St. Johns’ West Indian Lime, and I recently ordered the Bay Rum. Each has a wonderful, lasting aroma I feel confident wearing anytime. You really get what you pay for with these scents. St. Johns’ has a great easy-to-use website and outstanding customer service. I heartily recommend St. Johns’ and their outstanding products.

Slow shipping, poor communication, can you imagine if these companies had better communication how much more money they would make?

We received a notice from you that product was delivered last Saturday. We didn't get it at that point so there was concern it may have been delivered elsewhere. What seems to have happened is it may have gone to our post office after their route was over. We received it on Monday so all's well. Thank you for responding promptly. Ellen and Bruce Clement
