High quality kit and amazing customer service!
All the rowing kit stitch produces is of amazing quality and value for money!! They've been serving our boat club for half a decade now and never disappoint with their responsiveness, quality, and creative new kit designs! Lisa is also incredibly kind and responsive, a great person to work with!

Won't be buying from them again
I placed an order on the 31st March. It took almost 2 weeks to be delivered. The AIO had a womans back on it and i contacted them immediately to discuss. Emails were ignored. I've since spoken to them twice and each time they say they're sending out a correct one...well as you can imagine I'm writing this review because I've had nothing from them. Awful customer service.

Hi Adam, Many thanks for your review. We will apologise for the delay in getting a replacement suit out to you, that is not our normal way of working. Re the original suit, we advise 7 to 10 business days to make and dispatch on unbranded items, your order was dispatched on the 7th business day sent on a next day service. We have no proof that the AIO received had a women's back on it as no images have been sent and the suit has not been returned. Emails have not been ignored, the only email that has been received to the company, was one to Lisa's junk emails at 10.07 this morning. Since receiving that email, we have made and dispatched a suit immediately.

Stitch produced for our crew team great quality unis and training gear, warm fleeces with comfortable fit, and quick turnaround on production/delivery. Made us look and perform on the water like a unit. 5/5 stars.
