Fantastic quality curtains. Feel and look very modern and luxurious. Really good service and excellent ‘how to’ instructions.
One of my absolute top brands - I’m sure I’ll order from them again.

I was nervous about ordering curtains online but there was no need to be. I found the online measuring tool easy to use and conversation by email to express my wish to have my cotton velvet curtains constructed ‘pile down’. This was dealt with and I was then informed every step of the way. My beautiful, voluminous cotton velvet curtains arrived at the predicted time. I was even more delighted to discover that the cords had been pulled to exactly the correct measurement and what is more, they came complete with hooks, ready to hang. I could not be happier. I would definitely reuse and also recommend this company. A really stress less process and great product.

The choice of fabric and style of blind was just what I was looking for. I wanted a simple roman blind in a plain bold colour for a study that did not cost a fortune. The website was informative and easy to use with tips on measuring the window for a perfect fit very helpful. The blinds arrived on time and are perfect. Could not be happier

Online instructions for measuring are so confusing we got completely wrong curtains first. We returned them and asked for a video consultation to be sure about what to measure, exactly. This time our curtains were almost right, but shorter than expected (just touching the floor means touching, not hanging 2-3cm above) and absurdly long

I'm on to my second set of roman blinds/curtains from Made By Stitched. I couldn't recommend them enough! Super reliable. I was always informed of what was happening with my order every step of the way. Being able to track it on my account was also a very convenient.

I have had roman blinds using the Flax & Revive range and so so pleased with the quality and texture. I have so many more windows to dress and I will definitely be sticking with Made by stitched.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed order 4 weeks ago for over £1000, heard nothing and when chased told the material not available for another 7 weeks. Cancelled order - customer service beyond a joke.

Stitched did a wonderful job of supplying a complicated set of blinds over 60 square metres of large windows in our West Country Church Hall. Huge problems arose with Covid, both at Stitched's and at the blind manufacturers' premises. Stitched stayed close on the job and helped us resolve the problems with patience and care. Under the circumstances it took a while to get everything straight, but we have ended up with an impressive and effective installation exactly as we wished. I would recommend them for any blind supply; they are inexpensive, professional, attentive and helpful.

I just had to leave a review for my admiration for this company. From start to finish it has been a complete pleasure to work with them.

The fabrics are of exceptional quality and the range is extensive. The customer service is on a superior level, literally everyone I have spoken to at the company have been so helpful and kind. In a world where customer service is often overlooked this has been so refreshing.

As for the blind itself - I am overjoyed. The quality is wonderful and it has transformed our guest bedroom. I cannot wait for my curtains to arrive!

Have recommended to all my friends. So pleased with my curtains. I had a few questions and the customer service team were lovely and explained everything so I could make an easy decision. Will definitely be ordering more.

The curtain material is perfect - although this would be the only positive I have about the company.
The length is a few cms off from the measurements I inputted.
I had one video chat with a measurement advisor - she seemed distracted and unwilling to listen to me. I almost ordered the wrong curtain pole because she misunderstood me and did not clarify. The session went so badly - it ended up in me having to end it.
I tried to have another session with another advisor hoping someone else would help out - nobody reached out, and the online scheduling tool would confirm an appointment then cancel it immediately. In the meantime I would get a lot of emails that I had never signed up for.
The curtains were delayed for 1 month with no notice of delay and with nobody reaching out.
They needed up being the slight wrong size…
At least the material is nice - but I would suspect you can find similar styles from other better companies out there
A note on the stitched reply: nobody advised me against applying a “window treatment”. I wanted to learn about measurements and mentioned that I would like to have tracks instead of a pole. The lady on the phone kept on giving me instructions regarding a pole measurement instead. I like the tracks very much - the curtains came the wrong size. Yes, you have advised that you can change them at a cost - this should be free - given it is the company’s mistake.

This was the fist time I had purchased from Stitched so I was a little nervous. I needn’t have worried as the curtains I received are stunning. Fabulous quality and exceptional workmanship. They kept me updated throughout the process. Very happy with the results!

Just got our second set of curtains, and first blinds, from Stitched. The quality of the fabric and construction is great. Really pleased with the switch from plastic to metal curtain hooks too.

We have found the customer service to be great.

My overall experience was great with stitched! The curtains look beautiful but our Roman blind wasn’t quite perfect. Despite advertising as having “master makers” the mistake was put down to a less experienced seamstress. They did send us a small refund and a candle to apologise and their team were very very helpful.

Even during a global pandemic, the Stitched Team made sure I got all my questions answered (I had a lot!) - super friendly staff and extremely supportive.

The curtains are an absolute dream and the quality is great. Hanging them up was a breeze, all the instructions are super clear.
