We are so happy with the furniture we received. Very good communication from when we visited the workshop to the delivery of the furniture. Unbelievable customer service. I’ve never come across a company that packaged their products so well. They definitely make sure it can’t get damaged in transit. By far the best company I’ve dealt with in a very long time. Knot on outside edge of table and…
Knot on outside edge of table and bleached look to natural finish not what we had expected.
Whilst we understand the charm of the Still & Bloom products is their rustic appeal, we did not expect to see a large open knot on the edge of the coffee table - it is really distracting and makes the piece look unbalanced. Yes we absolutely understood the table would be made from reclaimed wood, which would be uneven in places with dents and knots etc - but this is a hole on the edge of the table. We note that none of the marketing on the Still & Bloom website shows any products which a gaping hole on the edge. The colour is also much lighter than we expected - we requested the natural finish which we thought would have a warmer tone, however the table we received is light and bleached in some places. Overall we are disappointed.

With our handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces, natural features like open knots and tonal variations are part of their unique character. We understand this can sometimes feel different from viewing photos online, but having looked closely at your table, the features you’ve highlighted are exactly the kind of marks we would expect to see in genuine reclaimed wood. We also show this type of open knot in our Reclaimed Wood Explainer Video on the product page, though I appreciate this may have been missed.
Having seen the beautiful images you kindly sent us, we were genuinely surprised and disappointed that the coffee table didn’t feel right for you, but of course, we respect that this is a very personal preference. While it isn’t possible for us to replace such a large, bespoke piece when there’s no fault with it, we did offer to replace the single plank with the knot as a goodwill gesture, and that option remains open should you wish to revisit it.

Firstly I want to say that I give 5 stars for this companies customer service. They have been exceptional with responding to my queries, very helpful and friendly, lovely staff and processed my refund within 24 hours.
The 3 stars is for the item received sadly. I have been considering a coffee table from here for months and couldn’t wait till finances allowed me to buy it. I was excited for 2 weeks waiting for delivery with must I add, regular updates on the building of my table were fab. However delivery day came and I felt disappointed. The photos on the website of their natural range and the photos I got inspo from on theirs and others instagrams were not what I received. I understand the difference in natural wood shades can vary, but in my opinion the company should try to match their advertisements as close as possible for their customers knowing this will be the expectation of what arrives. I had even messaged them before submitting an order to clarify the order I was making was in fact the right colour based off the photos I sent. I ordered the natural splay coffee table, beautifully built but just not the colour I expected at all. The colours on their photos and might I add what others have received was a lovely warm looking light brown coloured wood. I received very beach oak, yellow coloured wood which matched nothing I had to match it to in my living room. For the money, I really would expect it to look like to photos but I’m sorry it really didn’t and I more than anyone am disheartened by it. Overall thank you for the lovely customer service. But my advice would be to make it more clear on purchase pages or offer people to select a ‘lighter’ or ‘darker’ natural option to avoid expectations not being met.

We’re truly sorry that your table wasn’t what you had hoped for. While every piece is made from reclaimed wood and will vary naturally in tone, we do have a careful process in place to make sure our work stays consistent with the colours and imagery we share. After reviewing your coffee table in person after this returned to us yesterday, we can see that on this occasion your table fell outside of that consistency. This was a human error on our part, and we’re very sorry for the disappointment it caused after you’d been so excited for your delivery.
We’d really love to put this right for you by making a replacement in a tone closer to what you had in mind. We will be in touch with you directly to get this underway and make sure you end up with a table you’ll love for years to come.

Gorgeous coffee table!
I love my gorgeous coffee table, thank you! When the first one arrived, there were a couple of small issues but the customer service team were straight on it and sent out a replacement. They were friendly and helpful. Nick even rang me to check in which was much appreciated. They really care about their customers. Lovely friendly small business. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future!

I’m very sorry, however, to hear about the repeated delivery issues you’ve experienced. I’ve personally spoken with you to apologise for the inconvenience, and I’d like to reiterate that again here. After investigating, it appears the root of the problem was that a landline number was attached to your orders, which meant DHL’s text message updates were unfortunately not sent. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been – especially when it happened multiple times.
We’ve taken this up with DHL directly, and they’ve assured us that changes are now in place to prevent this from happening again. I’m also pleased to confirm that following our direct intervention with DHL on your behalf, the most recent delivery was successfully made on the agreed date.
Thank you again for your honest review. We’re very sorry to have let you down on this front, and we hope that despite this, you’ll continue to enjoy your beautiful furniture for many years to come.

Fantastic quality items
Just purchased a dining room table & eight chairs from Still & Bloom & they are fantastic. Top quality & so well made. We are beyond happy with our purchase. It all looks super in the dining room.
