Ein absolutes Erlebnis mit diesen Schreibgeräten zu hantieren . Der Service ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ,immer bemüht den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen . Man fühlt sich als Kunde sehr willkommen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte einen der ersten INK Füllfederhalter bestellt, mit wertvoller Goldfeder und Aluminiumkorpus weil ich vom Konzept überzeugt war. Aber: Fehlkonstruktion - der Magnet ist richtig gehend durch Korrosion zerfallen. Erste Reparatur - der Magnet wurde ausgetauscht. Nach wenigen Monaten Benutzung - gleiches Problem. Stift erneut zur Reparatur geschickt: einen Aluminiumstift mit Stahlfeder zurückerhalten - wert der Feder ist ein Bruchteil der. Goldfeder. Ich habe den Mangel angezeigt - nur Ausflüchte, kein Ersatz der Goldfeder. Also bitte Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen: technisch unausgereifte Produkte, kein Support, kein Ersatz, Zurückhaltung von erwogenem Eigentum.
In Auseinandersetzung seit 2019 - bis heute kein Ergebnis.

Ich bekomme nicht mal eine Lieferung, keine Reaktion auf mails. Muss jetzt warten bis Paypal mir das Geld zurück zahlt.

After I also gave my honest review on their website, they have contacted me to provide me with a replacement pen. The new pen has no wood sticking out and is far more appealing to the eye. Therefor want to prise their customer service. Splendid.

Delivery was on point. Just poor quality for such a price. The wooden parts don’t fit in the pen and stick out a little, the brass is damaged and filthy. Would never spend that much money again on such poor quality. Pity. Was promising.

Tolle, hochwertige Schreibgeräte, die nicht nur in der Handhabung sondern auch visuell Spaß machen.

Ich habe mir den ARC Gelschreiber aus Titan gekauft und der ist mit Abstand der beste Gelschreiber den ich jemals hatte. Er liegt wunderbar in der Hand, schreibt super gut und ist sehr edel verarbeitet. Forever Fan here!

Der Stift ist zwar nett, aber trotzdem mit falscher Mine geliefert.
Hatte ihn mir bei dem Preis hochwertiger vorgestellt, überteuert.
Eine Rechnung wird, auch nach 2facher Anforderung, nicht geschickt.
Auf Mails kommen keine Reaktionen.

Very expensive product.

Shocking customer service. We had to chase for weeks to get information on the whereabout of a £250 order. Told by customer services to phone Royal Mail and ask them.......errr no the shipping from your door to my door is your responsibility and not for me to chase your chosen courier. Shocked by their response.

Once the pen finally arrived. It's a shockingly poor writer for such an expensive pen. The ink flow is poor and it presents gaps in writing every 4 or 5 words.

If you looking to spend good money on a pen, I would avoid this company and take your cash somewhere more reputable.

I have supported Stilform for a few years and bought six pens and some accessories. The products I have bought are good quality as they advertise on their online store.

I have two concerns about Stilform. They do not manufacture their pens in Germany as they state on their website or even put the parts manufactured in China together in Germany. And they do not inform you about import duties, especially concerning a country like the UK, which was part of the EU and might now pay duties on European imports. This pen, in this case, was sent from somewhere other than Germany.

I live in the UK and have never had to pay import duties on the pens I bought from Stilform. In 2021 I received a scam Royal Mail message on my phone to pay duties, but after speaking to somebody at Royal Mail, they assured me that it was not from Royal Mail (the service Stilform used to deliver the product in the UK).

I ordered another pen from them in December 2022 and paid the extra postal fee to deliver it faster with FedEx. The pen was delivered, and a week later, I received a bill from FedEx for duties on this delivery. I thought that it was another scam because FedEx will not deliver something unless the duties have been paid in advance. So, I ignored it and eventually received a letter from ControlAccount in the UK, a debt recovery company. I ended up paying 85GBP for a pen that cost 114GBP.

I thought Stilform produced their products in Germany, according to their website. ControlAccount sent me the Customs Invoice, which clearly states that this pen and wooden holder were shipped from China, not Germany.

I first tried to contact Stilform, but they didn't reply. I know it is only £85, but it is the principle of them lying about where their products are manufactured as well as broken trust that a company I have supported by buying their products lie and does not disclose the total cost of shipping, including duties to a destination so that a client can decide whether it is worth their while to buy that specific product.

How do you order a pen from Stilform, wondering what you will spend on delivery, including duties? I would rather buy a higher quality pen in the UK or USA (or wherever you live), which will cost me less than a Stilform pen, including duties.

What a pity!

Stilform makes terrible products, they delete 1-star reviews and they have an even worse customer service.

Their pens don't write properly, they magnets don't align and it took them over one year and a dozen e-mails to get a € 5 complaint solved.

What is even the worst thing, they ask for reviews on their website, but all their 1-star reviews are deleted. It's a f... joke.
