Please accept our apologies for this mistake, it would have been preferable if you had gotten in contact prior to leaving us a bad review to have allowed us a chance to resolve the issue straight away for you, however, in any case, we will send you out a replacement order today, and you may keep, bin or give away what you have already received to save you the hassle of returning it.

Hi, Sorry to learn from this review that you were not happy with the stickers that you received from us.
All of our stickers give you the option for "standard fitment" or "reverse cut - for application inside a window, read from the outside", this defaults to standard and you have to select the reverse cut option if this is what you want.
When you placed your order you selected the "Reverse Cut" option hence why you received them "in reflection". It would have also been preferable if you had gotten in touch with us before leaving a review to have allowed us the chance to resolve any issues you may have had.
Now, with that all said, it is happy and returning customers that we strive for so as a goodwill gesture we have already sent you your order again as "standard fitment". This will mean that you can hopefully use the stickers as you originally intended and we hope that you will maybe consider revising your feedback once you have received them?
