Mi experiencia con Stewards Business Capital fue extremadamente decepcionante.

Inicié el proceso porque se me presentó una opción de línea de crédito para mi negocio. Proporcioné la información personal y financiera que me solicitaron para evaluar la solicitud, incluyendo información confidencial.

Después de entregar la documentación, la comunicación fue deficiente y tuve que estar dando seguimiento personalmente para obtener una respuesta. Finalmente, después de insistir, recibí por WhatsApp información sobre una aprobación de aproximadamente $6,000 con un pago mensual, lo cual no correspondía con la propuesta de línea de crédito que originalmente se me había presentado.

Mi principal problema no es haber recibido una aprobación por una cantidad determinada. Una institución financiera tiene todo el derecho de aprobar, modificar o rechazar una solicitud según sus criterios. Mi problema es la manera en que se manejó el proceso: falta de seguimiento, comunicación poco profesional y tener que perseguir respuestas después de haber entregado información personal y financiera sensible.

Debido a esta experiencia decidí no continuar haciendo negocios con la compañía y solicité formalmente por escrito que toda mi información personal, financiera y confidencial fuera eliminada de sus bases de datos, CRM, sistemas y archivos. La respuesta que recibí fue que “inmediatamente se inicia eso”. Estoy esperando confirmación escrita de que la eliminación fue completada.

Cuando una compañía solicita Seguro Social, identificación, información bancaria y otros documentos financieros, el cliente debe poder esperar un nivel alto de profesionalismo, comunicación y manejo responsable de esa información.

I have filled an application for business credit. After 3 days not receiving feedback of credit status , the loan officer Lisa Muñoz told me she was on vacation and be back on August 20 . No more . After that she was missing without explanation . Then , I got Melissa , another loan officer . Left me waiting for an answer. The matter here is if my company qualify or not for the credit . Its the lack of communication . I wasted my time without any explanation . Is a lack of respect making the other person wasting their time. The customers at least deserve an explanation and respect. Its the worst customer sevice ever seen

This Company like many have opened my eyes to Reality that NOTHING is what it seems. These Companies are not here to help small businesses. Instead they prey on Small businesses. And give loans at astronomical interest rates which in the future will Cripple your Small business. Also the ppl they use to recruit Small businesses for loans will tell you everything you want to hear. Once you submit your application and statements they dissappear like a thief in the Night. Beware of Angel Rosario!! His it NOT a Trustworthy person.

I cannot recommend Stewards Business Capital based on my experience.

I was contacted by a representative named Raul, who requested multiple business documents and had me complete a funding application. During our conversations, I was told that I would receive a response within 24 to 48 hours.

After submitting everything requested, I followed up the very next day because no one had explained what the next steps in the process would be. From that point on, communication completely stopped.

My messages were ignored, I received no updates, no explanation, no decline letter, and no funding proposal. Despite providing sensitive business information and completing their application process, I was left without any response whatsoever.

Professional lenders understand that applicants deserve communication, whether the answer is yes or no. Being ignored after submitting documentation is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

Based on my experience, the process felt misleading and raised serious concerns about the company’s professionalism and customer service. I would strongly advise business owners to proceed with caution and think carefully before sharing financial information with this company.
