Great customer service...from Steve & Co
Great customer service...from Steve himself. My daughter lives in Colorado and I in Flordia. It has been a few years now but back then, I Googled for info from local providers and even drove to several addresses...but alas...locked communities. So I goggled and researched and narrowed it down to Steve's and before I purchased I spoke with Steve (even answered the phone) and told him I was coming out to visit. His reply was something of "Come on!. I did and was impressed and bought several items. I've used Steve and Co for years and wouldn't have in any other way!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY
Worst customer service ever. They expect you to call and email while only ever responding via misleading text messages. It took over a week to get an order issue resolved and was lied to multiple times.

Kevin placed an order but wanted to change it later, opting for extra gummies instead of capsules. After accommodating his request and offering a refund, he thanked me profusely and placed another order during a sale. However, he later expressed dissatisfaction again, prompting a refund request. Despite my efforts, it seemed impossible to please him. I value working with those who appreciate my services and decided not to continue doing business with Kevin due to the challenges encountered.
