Excellent Service, quality items.…
I buy quite a few items from Sterling and I have always had a very good experience with whatever department I am buying from whether it be the furnishing department or the carpet department, the standard of professionalism is always very high.

Visited the shop twice in the last 2 weeks and dealt with Scott Jarvie, myself and my partner (mainly me) changed our minds last minute and Scott with no hesitation said "you need to be happy, it's no problem" and now our perfect sofa is on order. Really professional with good banter. Also interacted with Donald in store who was really friendly and helpful too, he remembered us from our last visit which was nice. The manager also spent some time talking to us and he was absolutely brilliant, really nice guy. Great experience as always from the Aberdeen shop.

We had a great experience with Catherine today. For an assistant who has just been in the job 2 weeks she sure knows her stuff and will be a great asset to Sterling I’m sure.
She was quick with ideas and knew a lot about the sofas.
She worked out cost,which changed a few times as I couldn’t make up my mind!!
She was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience overall. We first dealt with Catherine who helped us identify the kind of sofa we wanted and showed us ones based on our requirements. For only having worked there a couple of weeks she was so knowledgable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. What a superb addition she is to the team.
The next day we were back with our measurements and we dealt with Ryan who was fantastic. He didn’t rush us, made sure we checked out all options and was so friendly and personable. He made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Can’t wait for our sofa to be delivered!
We actually took our dog into the store and couldn’t believe how dog friendly it was. Big shout-out to all the wonderful staff who petted our dog, gave him treats and especially to Donald who took him for a walk round the car park while we made our final decision!
This is a superb place; not only is the furniture and all other products in the store first class, but the staff are absolutely phenomenal. And that’s really what makes a shopping experience even better. Thank you to everyone at sterling!
