Shipping took a little longer but they kept sending updates so it was fine.

The blouse fits well without feeling tight. I don’t feel restricted which is important for me.

Really like how minimal everything feels. No loud prints or weird cuts. just clean stuff.

Customer service actually replied fast which I didn’t expect. Had a small exchange and it was handled smooth.

The shirts don’t feel stiff which makes a difference. I’ve worn them for long hours and it’s comfortable enough. That’s usually hard to find.

I ordered a dress from Sterling London. I received numerous friendly emails telling me the dress was on its way but when it eventually arrived it was too short, a very odd shape & cheap material. The packet stated a return address in Feltham but there was no returns form. Assuming I could return it to Feltham I requested a form but was told that in order to get a refund the dress had to be returned to China at my expense which would amount to more than my purchase. This is a complete scam as the company will be making money out of a great many people including myself as surely no one is going to return an item to China. I feel very angry & very stupid to have been "had" in this way.

Problems with wanting to return shoddy substandard goods. No mention of having to return goods to China. No sign of a Chinese address until you get a returns label. How is this company allowed to trade in the UK? No customer protection whatsoever. £70 down the drain. Don't even think of buying anything off these shisters.

The polos feel breathable which is important for me. I don’t like heavy fabrics and this one works fine. Been wearing it quite often. still comfortable.

Substandard quality shoes received, not as pictured, made from cheap materials, and only option to return to some address overseas at my own expense, after I received the product. Not disclosed up front.

DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER!!! Not expensive but not cheap either - they are the cheapest worst looking shoes I’ve ever seen. I feel like an idiot!

If I could give this company zero, I would. The garments I bought were made of cheap synthetic fabric. Very obviously nothing to do with London. More likely China. When I wanter to return my items, they wanted £42. Take my advice and don't touch them with a barge plle

The jeans fit pretty well, slightly loose at the waist but still wearable. Customer support helped me with sizing so that was nice.

Got a couple t shirts and they fit just right. Not too tight not too loose. Pretty solid for daily wear.

Had to exchange for a different size but customer support handled it quick.

The t shirts feel really easy to wear. Not tight, not baggy, just balanced. I’ve washed them a couple times and they still hold shape. That’s always a good sign.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. Still no dress and apparently they have tried to deliver in the last couple of days- I was here all the time so quite clearly they didn't. I have asked for a refund but silence from them. I would advise to keep away. I would have given them zero stars if I could

Ordered a bag and yeah it’s practical. Nothing crazy but fits everything I need daily.
