My score has gone up every month
My score has gone up every month just by paying the bills I would be paying anyway and I was able to find some items on my credit report that should not have been there. Stellar has helped me stay aware of my credit reports and rebuild my credit in a low stress way which I really appreciate.

Dissapointed
Filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have been using StellarFi even before being discharged, and my score has gone up every month. Then, my account kept disconnecting my bank account. I had to close my Stellarfi account. My score dropped 23 points by closing it.

Good move so far
So far it seems to be a good choice. Only took a week for the account to post on my credit reports. My account is NEW; so I can’t give a full rating just yet. We will see.

After reviewing the chat conversation with one of my teammates, it appears that while we did address your inquiry, we overlooked mentioning that you can access your transaction history directly through your StellarFi dashboard. To view your transaction history, please follow the instructions below:
1. Log in to your StellarFi account.
2. Once you're on your StellarFi dashboard, simply click on 'Payment History.'
From there, you'll be able to view all the bills we've paid on your behalf. We sincerely apologize for the oversight and hope this information helps. You should also receive a follow-up email with this information.

Be direct and simplify.
So far, so good. // My one grievance, if you could call it that, is that the directions weren't clear to me. Including the basic how-it-works tutorial. // I needed something more like: 1. make each bill a monthly debit; 2. add to StellarFi 3. Note in your bank records as the debits go out. 4. Watch the lovely change in your credit score. // Straight up, no fluff.
