Credit Score Increased!

My credit score has increased 25-30 points so far by literally just paying my bills like I normally do! This platform is so simple to use and it's nice to work on your credit without accruing more debt like credit cards can make you do!

They pay my bills on time but I have yet to see any real progress on my credit report and I’ve been with them for almost a year now. Probably not worth it unless you’re using it for over a couple of thousand dollars.

Scam

Scam. Unauthorized Transactions in my bank account from being connected to their bill pay card. I believe hacking was involved on their end because they have access to the information not anyone else. My bank have placed a ACH Block to prevent anymore money from being withdrawed without my consent. Currently their is a investigation after letting them know but last time I went through a similar situation the bank had to retrieve my money.

Customer Service Not Helpful

Kept telling me that something went wrong. Chatted with customer service and they said one time it was because it was a duplicate account. Second time, they resent me a password reset email but I never received them. I even checked my spam folder. Never received a reset email to log back in and that is all they wanted to do is keep sending the reset email.

Scam, AVOID

Most horrific experience, with only one customer service representative, Violet G. They will block your account when they disapprove of you. They change cards without notification. They got banned by TransUnion. Check their website; they offered all customers a free month to compensate for the many points lost from TransUnion to avoid a class-action lawsuit, which I will be joining as soon it is filed. They send emails stating "has been marked as solved," which is automated, when no one has looked at the message. Please avoid this company; they will falsely make it seem like the score is high, but if you visit the actual credit bureau's website and check your credit, it is always way below that. The worst part is that there is no phone number to call; all communication is done by chat, which is a significant warning sign. Again, there are only two or three customer service representatives one of them is Violet G. for the entire company. This isn't for "public benefit"; this is a for-profit company with false advertising, false promises, and false service.
