We had internal wall insulation…

We had internal wall insulation installed, and the improvement was noticeable almost immediately. During the process, Joe explained how the grant applied to our home, which was very helpful. The work was tidy, well organised, and finished exactly as promised.

Giving a second chance

After a rocky beginning Stellar Energy have done the right thing, accepted thing do and have gone wrong and are doing something about it, using a simple 5 letter word Sorry is not that difficult to say and they have done so, due to a lack of communication I was frustrated regarding my claim for assistance over a period of several months, it has been explained to me that their system failed them and they accept opportunities were sadly missed and things could have been handled a lot better when I reached out to them but again they have fully accepted errors were made. I want to make it very clear I have rewritten my review because Stellar Energy accepted they were at fault and apologized and have assured me they will adapt and improve. I did not accept any financial reward to rewrite this review.

After speaking in an open, honest and courteous call from the managing director I will be staying on Stellar Energy books for when grant become available in the future.

I do hope the challenges in the future can be overcome by Stellar energy, I am assured what had been a negative experience can be used as learning experience to prevent it happening again, Hopefully all future experiences will be positive ones.

You are absolutely correct that communication fell short at times, and we fully accept responsibility for where our internal systems and processes did not perform as they should. Regarding funding, we want to clarify for transparency that the previous government-backed grant funding stream was paused following recent policy changes introduced by the Labour Government. This has unfortunately affected many households and installers across the UK. We are actively monitoring developments and fully expect replacement or revised funding to be announced in the near future. When this happens, you remain on our records and we will be in touch promptly to progress your application.

Just in it for the profit!

Had several surveys and was promised everything was going through but then told there wasn't enough profit in it for them and they pulled out after months of no contact. Yet another company just in it for the money. Very disappointed. I have sent you details you need to prove this isn't a fake review.

The ECO scheme is turbulent because of different Governments that control it. The Labour Party reduced the funding that installers like us get paid. Therefore, the Labour Party is to blame. As a business, we have to help people but also have to cover costs. Unfortunately this Government need to stop cutting costs and raising taxes. We could then make this grant work for many more people like yourself. Apologies we couldn’t male this work for you, we did try other options as you are aware.
Stellar Energy take great pride in helping people in fuel poverty and donate regularly to charitable causes. For example, £15,000 to Llanelli Mind recently.

Stellar energy Eco4 funded project

Stellar energy project managed my Eco4 insulation, air source heat pump and battery installation. They were quick securing my grant funding. Each stage of the work was inspected and any snags were sorted quickly. The teams of skilled workers were courteous and respectful of my home. They worked fast and were a pleasure to have around. Llanelli Team

The installation team arrived and each one introduced themselves, and explained all what was being done.
They got on with the work, cleaned up at each stage.
No fuss no mess and it was a pleasure to have them doing the job. They were very polite, knowledgable and trustworthy at my home.
I cannot thank them enough for their workmanship and quality of work. I recommend them to anyone.
