We had a wonderful week in Porto, the hotel that was recommended was just lovely, right on the river. Stein organised the whole trip, flights, transfers, hotel, everything was great.

Worked with Stein over two months to bring in top International Speakers and Delegates into Ireland and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic trip to París, everything was highly organised and all the staff are very helpful. Real value for money.

I used Stein Travel for a rugby World cup package, never again. The flight home was significantly delayed but they have made no attempt to provide compensation nor chase the airline under EU legislation for that.
There has been no proactive communication from them so I guess they really don't care about their customer (me).
I will never use them again.

Rugby World Cup Game - Ireland v Scotland (Saturday 7th October 2024).
Email at 5.58pm on 4th October from Stein Travel stating the chartered flight out to Paris was delayed by six hours and not departing until 4pm on the 6th of October - effectively resulting in the first day lost in Paris. No follow up by Stein Travel on return and all contact with Stein initiated by us but fobbed off each time. Issue still hasn't been resolved and its now the 7th of May. Stein Travel have made no effort to resolve the matter nor even returned a phone call or email.
I've since booked Ireland's 2025 6 Nations away games with another Travel agent - avoid Stein Travel.

Fantastic world Cup trip to France... from the Stein travel reps to the hotel transfers and match tickets..From start to finish it was amazing and superbly organised. Thanks to David and his team in Stein travel.. a pleasure to deal with and we will be back onto them for our next adventure.

Recently back from 9-day RWC trip to France with other family members. Everything went smoothly and as per itinerary. All Stein representatives involved were very helpful and friendly. Trip included stays in Paris, Biarritz, and Bordeaux. The good weather was an added bonus, so a very enjoyable experience overall.

We highly recommend Stein travel - Darina was so kind and understanding, she explained everything to us and found us perfect accommodation to match our budget and needs. And to top it all it was a fantastic deal. We Are looking forward to our next trip .

We had a poor experience with stein travel.
Flight change we lost a day in Paris. I could forgive that but when we arrived at the hotel eventually there was no room for us!! Reps proved completely ineffective and could not be contacted by the hotel or ‘bus passenger with no name and a stein travel sign’ .
Finally told to make our own way to another hotel at 11pm.
We had no confidence in the other arrangements during our stay.
Pick another agent. They don’t answer emails and have no communication skills.

Our group of enthusiastic rugby supporters travelled with Stein Travel on 22 September 2023 to the IRE v SA RWC game and stayed 3 nights in a fabulous hotel in central Paris. The travel arrangements were seamless with coach transfer directly to the hotel and the staff were present in Dublin & CDG Airports to provide assistance if required for both outbound and inbound journeys. Everybody thoroughly enjoyed the trip and we look forward to travelling to more games with Stein Travel.

We travelled with Stein Travel to the Romania game - a group of 40 - very happy overall. Initial transfer difficulty on arrival, due to delayed flights outside anyone's control, was immediately addressed and alternative arrangements made. Stein reps very helpful and always available throughout.

Thank you Stein Travel for a wonderful trip to Paris to see Ireland V South Africa. We had a wonderful time. Yes we had our flight time changed but totally understand that this was outside Stein Travel's control. Their guides were amazing especially when our room had to be changed. Nothing was too much trouble. We use Stein Travel regularly and after Paris will continue to do so, they are the best.

Just back from what can only be described as a once in a life time experience at the Ireland v South Africa group game. I cannot recommend Stein Travel enough. From the moment we landed at the airport to drop off yesterday they had everything down to a tee. I needed some assistance to get through the airports and they were just so accommodating to my requests. Thank you again and we for sure will be travelling with ye again

I think the recent poor reviews for Stein Travel regarding arranged trips to France for the Rugby World Cup say it all. I experienced poor communication prior to and during the trip, poor organisation with attention to detail non existent combined with an uncaring attitude throughout. Thankfully we attended a fantastic match that made the trip very special.

Would not recommend, went with them for the Tonga game, very good first impression when arrived in Nantes as met 3 Reps. but that was the last we saw of them, our Rep. didn’t even walk us to the hotel, left us off at the corner and gave directions, hotel wasn’t too far from the drop off but should have been with us at check in, specially as there was major mix up with rooms among the guest which the guest had to sort out themselves. We had issues at the airport when returning back to Dublin as they gave us a boarding pass with the surname spelled wrong, not an issue at Dublin but was an issue at Nantes, for the price you pay the service was lacking. We were promised a Rugby World Cup souvenir which wasn’t received. It was a very hands off approach.

ZERO STARS!!!! UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE ON FRENCH TRIP. We are currently in the middle of the most horrible travelling experience of our lives. What should have been a brilliant rugby weekend turned very sour more than once. First flight cancelled on Sunday, we’re left hanging around airport until late at night, only to be told flight was cancelled. Put up in a hotel overnight who wouldn’t serve us dinner. Back to airport for 1pm where we were left waiting around all day with what can only be described as coy very coy updates on arrival of our plane which was due to leave at 4pm…fast forward 12 hours and just after midnight we hear through the grapevine our flight is cancelled again!!!! We weren’t let out of our boarding gate for nearly an hour by security. When we finally meet the reps on the other side, they completely break hearts by telling us (200+ passengers) that we’d be better off booking our own flights home and a hotel for the night as they had no guarantees how they would get us home….what appealing customer care and a joke of a travel company!!!

I was trying to book trip to Canada and returning from Boston. I have dealt with Stein travel in the past and always found them very helpful, BUT this time Michelle took details and had it all organised in minutes , also reminded me about travel requirements to Canada and USA. Absolutely great service , will def use them in the future and would highly recommend.

Wonderful Company to Travel with, care free, Henry and Suzanne in Admin were superb and the Hotel and area we stayed in was amazing, would definitely recommend Stein Travel and will be traveling with them again.

The company are a scam. Won't be using them again. The 'CEO' David is rude, doesn't listen wants to take all your money but then won't help if you have an issu. Logged a complaint back I'm October 2022 and my last response from him is basically do one
