Rome Rugby trip
Great service . Accommodation was excellent .Loads of representatives at airport on both sides particularly when we got to Rome to ensured everyone got the right bus . Seamless . Ponchos were a nice thought although luckily we didn't need them .

Six nations - Time
Great experience from booking to completion. Loads of Stein Travel staff to assist when we arrived in Rome. The hotel was lovely (Star Metroploe) and altogether we had a great weekend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID … Still waiting…
AVOID AVOID AVOID … Still waiting compensation 16 months later won’t follow up with Airline … booked rugby World Cup with them - Romania match and they had no plane to bring us home. We were stranded in Bordeaux from the Sunday till the Tues with no replacement flight. We should have left Sunday but flight was cancelled late at night. We couldn’t get dinner in the hotel we were put up in as it was so late. Headed to airport for 1pm next day and 11hours later we were told flight cancelled again. Then told by staff to make own arrangements home as this might be better option, with not guarantee of when flight out would be….as there were no flights out of Bordeaux for a few days so we had to get train up to Paris and fly out from there. Really unfair to customers and a horrible way to be treated. Desperate customer service

1st class hotel
1st class hotel, location, food.Something to do all day, every day. Brilliant line-up of acts and Jimmy Buckley and all the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and helpful.

We booked Craic on the Costa with Stein…
We booked Craic on the Costa with Stein travel and we were dealing with Ryan. He was very helpful and we always got a quick reply to our many many questions. My husband left his phone on the bus that took us to the airport. I got in contact with the hotel and they in turn got in contact with the Stein rep that was there during our stay. The phone was found and we got it back 2 days after returning home.
The hotel, staff and location was very good, close to the beach. We were on a half board basis, plenty of food and lots variety, something to suit everyone.
The only thing I would change would be that you could have an option to get the hotel on a B&B basis

Torremolinos offers an excellent location, Jimmy Buckley and Crew delivered great entertainment, Hotel and food good, very helpful staff, with sunshine added for good measure 😊

The whole trip was so well organised
The whole trip was so well organised. Stein Travel were very helpful and allowed us to book our flights separately as we didn’t fancy the early flight home in the morning. I really couldn’t say enough about the whole experience. We didn’t have anything to worry about and if we did there was always someone there to help. Thank you Stein Travel from three Clare ladies.

Spoke with Ryan from Stein Travel and he was so helpful and courteous and sorted our queries efficiently. We dealt with Ryan before and he couldn't have been more helpful. It was a pleasure dealing with him.
