Amazing. Truly world-class treatment. The facial, head, and de-stress work is exceptional. I can't believe how precise, knowledgeable, and focused someone can be, it feels like you are being read like a map. Thank you for the great relief in my sciatic area and shoulders. Highly recommended.

Sheena at Steinert Athletica 💯

Sheena at Steinert Athletica is incredible. I have been going to her for about 5 months now and her approach is calming, and genuinely the best. I was a bit apprehensive after recent foot surgery and having my knee replaced, but Sheenas destressing technique put me at ease. Facials have become a part of my treatment now too which absolutely tops off the session. I cannot recommend Sheena enough

I’ve been with Steinert Athletica for approx 5 years now, starting with Pirenee and now with Sheena. I’m not an athlete, but a veteran dealing with complex orthopedic and metal health issues. Sheena’s downregulation work is remarkable—it’s more than physical relief; it’s a calming reset for body and mind. Their care has improved my everyday life, and I’m deeply grateful.

Sheena is both professional and…

Sheena is both professional and incredibly competent. The Buccal treatment is incredibly for TMJ pain or post dental. It is truly a unique experience and therapeutic. Highly recommended.
