Am 08.04.2026 wurde umfangreiches Zaunmaterial für über 1000€ gekauft. Es lässt sich nicht alles bis auf die letzte Schraube im vorhinein planen und auch nicht das Wetter für die Montage.
Wegen Montageänderung sollten 5 Stck. Zaunanschlußleisten ZLD08A-LA,P für 55,72€ zurückgegeben werden. Auf meine Tel. Anfrage vom 29.04.2026 wegen Rückgabe sagte man mir bei Rückgabe wenn überhaupt möglich werden 30 % Bearbeitungsgebühr fällig wir kamen dann überein das es für mich wegen der weiteren Anfahrt die günstigste Option ist diese Teile auf den Schrott zu schmeißen.

Es ist sehr traurig das bei einem Kauf von über 1000€ nicht soviel verdient ist das falsch gekaufte Ware in OVP für 50€ Abschlagfrei zurückgenommen werden kann.

Betreft Steiner Optik Duitsland, waar ik 17 jaar geleden een uitstekende verrekijker heb gekocht.
Ik had een service vraag per mail gestuurd naar hun Costomer service afdeling. Het antwoord kwam enkele weken later, met een welgemeend excuus dat ze, door een kleine onachtzaamheid mijn vraag zo laat hebben beantwoord. Kreeg een super antwoord op mijn vraag én de oplossing van mijn probleem cadeau.
Top en zeer servicegericht!!

It’s not often I find myself driven enough to leave a review, mostly it’s for good service but for Steiner it COULDNT GET WORSE !

Owning a very expensive pair of Steiner binoculars that were in need of service I spoke to Steiner service department at the boat show and agreed to send them to germany for refurbishment.

It all went down hill from there , NO CONTACT from them after dozens of emails and phone calls , German friends ringing them on German numbers.

I sent emails to the parent company Beretta and all forms of communication were ignored repeatedly.

Weeks later I got confirmation that they had received my binoculars and then asking for additional payment to make a warranty repair.

Disgusted with what I thought was a premium brand owned by a long term reputable company.

Never again.

Not only do Steiner make the most wonderful optical products, like my 10x42 Hunting binoculars, they also provide world class support.
My grandchildren took them on a field trip and they sustained some damage. Steiner found all the damaged parts which they had in stock and sent them to me in the UK GRATIS!!
