Difficult customer service
The steamer looked beautiful, but it was defective and sprayed hot water on my clothes (and my floor and me) while steaming. This was understandable; things sometimes don’t work. I asked customer service for a return label a week ago, and received a reply asking what was wrong with the steamer, with no return label attached. I responded with my issues and reiterated that I would like a return label. I still have not received a label. Requiring me to justify why I want to return something before sending me a label is very annoying. It can’t be that difficult to have an automated return label process, or to just send them the first time someone asks for one. I am now no longer interested in purchasing items from Steamery because the customer service has been so unresponsive to my requests.
