BE AWARE!! I subscriber and the tool basically was very poor and deleted the subscription and they kept charging my account for 8 months and when contacting them they ghost me... Im not the only one as I can see

Same as everyone. I paid for a premium, then I deleted my billing information, and they again charged me even though I did not want to and I have still the free plan. Nobody is answering the chat or email. Scammers. Avoid this app.

Before subscribing, be aware of the following:

The system experiences more downtime than actual functionality, making it highly unreliable.
There is no accessible support team or customer service. Although the chatbox claims assistance will be available within the day, you won't receive any responses to your concerns.
They may attempt to charge your card multiple times in a single month. I personally experienced a double charge, and no one addressed or resolved the issue. This feels like dealing with scammers.

A good product indeed, at least serves my purposes. So far, going good, but it should focus more on website stability and content accuracy and regular updates.

I am experiencing a critical issue with the service. Despite being a paying subscriber, the system incorrectly treats me as a free user and claims my quota is exhausted. This appears to be a technical issue where the system fails to recognize my paid status.
I have attempted to contact customer support regarding this problem, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or resolution. This combination of technical malfunction and lack of support response has prevented me from accessing the service I paid for.

Service was down 2 hours after purchase for a day. I looked and they were down also 5 days prior. Service leaves about 30 percent detectable AI. Had service 2 days and requested refund which was refused. Does not stand by their product because it's garbage.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, they refused to delete my card info nor reply to a request to cancel, the second I got paid they charged me and refused to reply. I have reported the charge as fraud to my bank.

I am giving them 1 star, but in fact it should be 0. The customer service is horrible, they keep trying to charge my card even after cancelling. Additionally, they are unwilling to erase my personal data.

I have all of the proofs. I have been using this service for more than 6 months now. They charged my account for $35 for renewal of my subscription. The payment is also showing in the billing section but there are no credits credited to my account. I have contacted them repeatedly but no customer support is available at all. I have waited for more than 20 days. No reply NO REPLY AT ALL!! can you believe it??

Before you subscribe to this know
1. the system downtime will be more than then time the system will be functional
2. There is no support team or customer service to attend to you, the chatbox indicates that they are availabe in 1hr or 20mins but no one will reply to your concerns
3. They will try to multiple charge your card several times a month. I was double charged but no one rectified the issue. These are swindlers.

Sentences wrote so horribly and didn't even pass ZeroGPT or Originality AI. Horrendous
