Didn’t receive my package

I placed an order a the moment I clicked or it I realised the shipping cost had been misrepresented and was the same price as the product. I immediately sent an email to customer support to cancel the order. They replied to say the product had already been shipped despite it only being a matter of seconds. When they sent the reply the tracking advice said the product hadn’t been shipped. Customer service is appalling

Love ! Love shopping at Steals ! shopping there is an amazing experience. Preston, Kelvin, Taylor, and all the other associates and wonderful. I don’t go a week without stopping by unless I’m out of town. Everyone at the store is are like family to me. Thanks to Steals and everyone at store .

They advertise great savings on name brands but all of the CK underwear was MORE expensive than the web site or Macy's.

-5 stars if I could!!! Purchased a portable charger from this company on June 1st. Received the order confirmation and pre tracking info shortly after, June 25th realized absolutely nothing had come, checked the tracking.. it showed it never even left the facility and usps was still waiting for the item.. TWENTY FIVE days later. I tried contacting them by phone number.. its wasn’t even a support number and the phone went straight to voicemail where they ask you to leave your name and order number and they will “call you back”.. they never call you back. I emailed them.. nothing, I messaged them via their Instagram.. nothing, I receive an email to review the product I purchased and send them a picture of the product and I left them a review similar to this with a photo of my empty hand. I tried starting a return on the website and the website prompts a message saying, “invalid email” which makes absolutely no sense cause all I did was click “start return” then the website shuts down. An exact month from the date of my purchase and I finally decided to go through my bank to get my money back. $100.31 disputed thanks to my Credit Union. As for Steals.com.. NEVER again!

I ordered a pair of shoes and then the order was canceled with no communication

The company is aptly named. The product was dreadful. It arrived crushed into its packaging. Was made of polyester not linen and was a different colour than the image. I was then told I would have to return the product to China, not to warehouse in UK. Complete rip off

The item I purchased was advertised as a linen set - the item that arrived is certainly not linen, it is a VERY poor quality material. They front as a company based in the Netherlands but I have my doubts. I also have my doubts about the 5 star reviews they receive (which I checked before I made my purchase).
