We waited weeks and never received anything. Apparently, the company's delivery service failed to deliver to our address that every other carrier successfully delivers to. I cannot find any records of an email received about the failed shipment, or history of phone calls. Perhaps they went to spam?
I contacted the company about the issue, as I heard nothing for weeks about my order.
Upon following up with your team, I had to wait several days between replies and received bounced emails from their system for 2 out of 3 emails sent to you.
Steadfast took absolutely no responsibility for the issue that resulted from their shipping provider, and offered no compensation (return of purchase price, discount on another purchase or other shipping alternative).
The impact has been that we purchased rather expensive monitors and have received absolutely nothing despite weeks of patient waiting. While I understand that shipping issues happen and we have a rural address, I’m surprised and frankly very disappointed at the lack of support I’ve received given that we receive packages successfully daily. If their company has chosen a discount shipping provider that failed to deliver, that’s on them — not me. Further, it’s been blamed entirely on me as the customer and no effort has been made to find a solution or offer a path forward. Not even a small discount was offered to ease the sting. 0 stars.

I would give 0 stars if available. Ordered 4 units for our house and the alarms constantly go off. We have zero gas leaks in our house and the units alarms go off constantly. Weve asked for a refund to no avail

Buyer BEWARE!!!!!
This company is in China and does not have an option to cancel your order even if you requested to cancel within 15 minutes. Based on reviews online, advertising isn't real firefighters but AI generated and they do not have a UL Listing of this product.
