Andrea and Evie were very helpful and kept the process stress free. They also took the opportunity to amend the lender deal due to shifts in rates, allowing us to save money. I would highly recommend working with them. For anyone looking to get the most from a mortgage I would suggest speaking with St Barts Finance

Claire was fantastic, always available when we needed her, nothing was too much. Getting a mortgage is stressful but she took all the weight off our shoulders, a few properties fell through and there were set backs but she really kept us motivated to keep going. In our dream house now and she played a massive part in that. Huge thanks and appreciation.

Katie has been exceptional from start to finish. She has been incredibly thorough and efficient and walked me through the entire process of securing a mortgage for my first home. I originally had to use Mark for an updated mortgage capacity report . He was very communicative and made me feel comfortable sharing such personal information with a complete stranger. The report was prompt and at a reasonable cost and delivered to forward to the courts in time.

A couple of months later I had to update the report again and to go through the information again. He knew what needed updating and once again the report was delivered very promptly.

I would recommend Mark very highly and will use him again in the future for any mortgage applications.

That's when i went with Charlotte, who managed to find me an even better deal and save me over £300 a month. She explained everything clearly, kept me updated the whole way through, and somehow made the process feel stress free even though we were less than a week away from exchange. I couldn't recommend her enough!
