StayNimble is a wealth of useful advice and information, but their real super power is their brilliant, knowledgeable and well-experienced coaches, in particular Jayne Saul-Paterson who I have had the pleasure to work with! Having used the service for just a few months, I no longer dread the job application process, having become a lot more confident thanks to Jayne's stellar support! I definitely look forward to applying for more jobs that speak to my values!

I joined Stay Nimble as part of a redundancy and pension process to help explore future options. I have had several coaching sessions with Jennifer who provided timely and useful insights to help me consider and map out my next steps. As a result i now have an interim role which has given me room to explore self employment opportunities going forward. I would highly recommend the coaching offered through Stay Nimble as I found it very professional, supportive and encouraging at a particularly difficult period of my career.

Once I'd signed up with Stay Nimble, I was offered a free 30 minute talk with a career coach and matched appropriately. When I spoke to my coach, Caroline, she immediately put me at ease. It was clear that she was well experienced. She listened to me and asked probing questions to find out more about the new direction I may want to go in. It really helped me to clarify to myself what I do/don't want. She gave me unbiased - and very useful - feedback and didn't at any point try to push me in any particular direction or to sign up to any additional services. Most importantly (for me) I felt completely unjudged and understood. I came away feeling more certain in myself and more optimistic about my choices. I still have some coaching available which I wouldn't hesitate to use when I'm feeling unclear about my choices, and I'm going to keep checking in to the Stay Nimble website/app as I further explore career options.

I first came across Stay Nimble When I was taking a career break and I needed some advice on which steps to take next. I wanted to get some advice on how to regain my confidence after feeling burnt out in a previous job. I wanted to find ways of identifying what I wanted to do next and Jennifer was so helpful at guiding me through every week on how I could do things better but working with me on what would work best for me. I find her advice very useful and the documents she shared with me helped me realised what I need to focus on.

My coaching sessions with Michelle were absolutely incredible, and I am so grateful to her for the help she gave me. I had my first coaching call when I was newly unemployed during the pandemic - a worrying and uncertain time for me. However, the session helped to quickly surface what I cared about the most and it gave me a massive boost in confidence around what I had to offer. After taking voluntary redundancy last year due to the pandemic I had some time to take a break and think about what I wanted to do next. It’s always been a problem of mine that I never know what I want to do. My searches led me to stay nimble where I was introduced to Caroline who is a careers coach. Talking through my options with somebody who is knowledgeable helped me zero in on what I wanted from my next job and the advice given to me by Caroline on how to prepare for each interview was invaluable and something that I will be able to use whenever I’m looking for a new job in the future. In the end I had 3 job offers and was able to pick which one was right for me which was completely unexpected. I am really grateful to Caroline and Stay Nimble for their time and invaluable advice.

I have been thinking about my career change and wanted to move away from marketing for some time. But I was not sure where to go next. And I am very happy to say that thanks to the team at Stay Nimble I am finally able to launch a new career in production accounting and go back to an industry I am passionate about. Stay Nimble offers great tools which help you target new types of work based on your Interests, skills and what is important to you. Each session with my coach was followed by a detailed email with a call to action. I benefited from their advice on my CV and LinkedIn profile. They also recommended me training courses which I ended up taking and proved very useful to build my new career path . Amother valuable thing to me was to be able to discuss and review any job application with them. It really feels like team work. Over the last month Jennifer Harper helped me prepare a job application I was very keen on, guide me so I could provide the best answers possible. My application was successful. Jennifer was absolutely amazing and I can't thank her enough for all her support. For anyone looking for a job or thinking of changing career I would definitely recommend Stay Nimble. Stay Nimble has helped me learn so much about myself. I had my first chat with Michelle in July last year in which she helped me prepare for the job interview. I got offered the job the same day. Michelle took the time to help me apply my previous job skills to the current post requirements. Since then, I have moved on to another role but if there is one thing that Michelle has taught me, it’s to never let the dust settle and always strive to achieve what you really want.

I started doing the exercises on the site and I am amazed at how useful, helpful and informative the articles were to me. I found identifying my key skills and interests really helpful in getting me to focus on the careers that would excite me. The best part of the whole experience however was the coaching sessions. A good friend of mine sent me a link to this website after I told her I had been made redundant. This website is exactly what I needed. It has everything you need to find a new job or even a new career. There is a learning hub with lots of free online courses, a job search and match function, questionnaires which helped remind me of my strengths, and areas I need to work on, and lots of resources. Stay Nimble also assigned me an amazing coach Jennifer Harper, who really supported me through the emotions a redundancy can bring, the resilience needed to apply for several jobs during a pandemic and the confidence to believe in myself again.
