An excellent mentor who genuinely cares about your success

I can’t recommend Grace highly enough. I’ve been working with her through her mentorship programme, where she has taught me how to build a successful and sustainable rental arbitrage business using the system she has developed.

The programme has been incredibly valuable. Grace breaks everything down clearly and makes what can initially seem like a complicated business model much easier to understand and implement. Her knowledge and experience really show, and she genuinely wants you to understand the process rather than simply telling you what to do.

One of the things I’ve appreciated most is how flexible and accommodating Grace has been. I work nights and don’t have a fixed rota, so arranging regular sessions around my schedule could easily have been difficult, but Grace has been incredibly understanding and has worked around my availability. Having one class a week has given me the structure and accountability I needed while still allowing me to balance the mentorship with my work.

Grace is patient, supportive, knowledgeable and always willing to explain things when I need further clarification. It’s clear that she takes pride in helping her students succeed, and I’ve felt genuinely supported throughout the programme.

She is genuine, patient and very thorough with her coaching, making sure you understand every step and have everything you need to succeed. She is also extremely proactive as a mentor, always checking in, offering personalised 1:1 support and making sure you’re staying on track.

I attended Grace’s Rent-to-Rent Service Accommodation training on the gold package, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better coach and mentor.
The training was very detailed practical and easy to understand. Grace didn’t just teach me and leave me to figure things out on my own,she held my hand from the very beginning right through to securing and setting up my first service accommodation, and she’s still holding my hand still,She was there every step of the way, answering my questions, guiding me through the process and giving me the confidence to keep going.
When I started, I honestly wasn’t in the right frame of mind. I had so many doubts and kept wondering if it was the right time to start. Grace made me understand that there’s never a perfect time to start,I’m so grateful I listened to her!

One thing I really appreciate about Grace is how available and prompt she is when you need help. One several occasions when I encounter issues with clients in the middle of the night, I’ve asked questions and found Grace awake and ready to guide me. That level of dedication and support is honestly rare.
I genuinely wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to coach me through this journey. Grace has been absolutely amazing, and I can confidently say she is not just a coach but a true mentor who genuinely wants to see her students succeed.
