Only marked them down because of the delay in receiving the goods which I feel was out of their control anyway. Was kept informed at all times with the situation regarding the delivery by very apologetic staff who offered a discount as compensation for delay which was appreciated as the item was for a birthday present. Otherwise excellent service and would recommend the company.

I had a terracotta warrior delivered for my garden which I was absolutely delighted with. I phoned the store to enquire and the gentleman was very helpful and answered all the questions and gave me some very good advice. The statue came as stated and was delivered within the timescales agreed. When I bought the item it was in the sale and reasonably priced for its size and detail. If they produce any more of this type I would definitely buy it. It looks great where I have placed it and is a definite asset to the look and feel I was looking for.

Easy website to navigate. Clear communication about tracking and delivery of my order. There was some damage on arrival to my statue but I got through immediately to the company. We ordered the Spiral design stone birdbath earlier in the summer and are absolutely delighted with it. Solid structure with a good wide basin, which the birds love drinking from and bathing in.
