Mr J H Sawyer Esq

very friendly and very professional

Saw this place online, loved the location of it; located next to the train station, this being perfect to get home from dropping your car off. Originally my car was playing up so I dropped it off for diagnostics which max, who I was speaking to got back to me quickly about the issue of my car and what to do next. On the same day they said they will repair my car for me and get it back to me, happy with everything they did, from health checks, to pictures, communication and to end results.

Visited Station Garage today. The service I received was exceptional. I will be returning as and when needed.

Another fantastic job done by Station Garage nothing is ever too much trouble. Excellent quality service as always. Phoned at 3pm and tyre replaced and fitted within an hour.

Great service and the work was carried out as quoted. Great garage, reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Fantastic, super helpful and reliable. Booked a service in with them and thought I would need 4 new tyres. I am sure many Garages would have taken advantage of this and changed 4 tyres but they said only 1 needed doing! Have since had MOT done with them and booked in again for brake pad replacements - all at fantastic value. Would recommend to anyone.

Just moved into the area I need it to service. My phone went in booked in very quickly very helpful when explaining things going wrong and sorted him out straight away and explaining to me what needed to be done. I will definitely be coming back to this garage, friendly helpful no question is treated as silly

Top class from start to finish. Even recommended more cost effective and efficient ways to fix a few problems. The kind of garage you need!

Top customer service.
My MOT was dealt with in a professional and helpful way.

Very impressed with this little hidden garage
Needed a tyre repair and they fixed the problem within 20 mins straight away.
Thank you

Took my car in for a full service and MOT. The work was carried out very quickly and efficiently. I was able to get my car back within a few hours. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with everything I needed.

Always great service. Very helpful and friendly. Nothing to mush trouble. Would definitely recommend.

I was really impressed by Station Garage. Everything was explained to me very clearly and in a friendly, non patronising way. My old car is now working great and I'm glad I found a trustworthy garage nearby.

I’d never heard of this garage and received a flyer at precisely the right time my car packed up! The owner was communicative and polite through the whole process. He also explained things in a clear unpatronising way. He was able to squeeze my car in with not much notice and his pricing was transparent and fair. He under promised but over delivered and I was very grateful! My car is running great! Thank you very much! I will be using you for all my future mechanical needs!

Took my car to Halfords as my engine overheated light came on. I was told to come back after a couple of hours and when I returned (after 5 hours) it hadn’t even been seen. I rang Station Garage, told them the problem, my car was in the next day, part ordered, fitted and I’ve just collected. From start to finish, my experience has been incredible. If you live in Paddock Wood, don’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic service, efficient, friendly and value for money.

I had a puncture and was able to call on the day. It was fixed very quickly and took less than an hour from calling to the car being ready!

Service was excellent, as was the customer service from Chris who kept us fully informed as to what was happening with our car. We have decided to take all our repairs there. Prices extremely reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Excellent service - very speedy and efficient. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
