I had an incredible experience with Star Van Lines Movers, and I can’t recommend them enough. Artur, the owner, was amazing—he personally answered every call and managed the crew himself to ensure everything went smoothly. When a small issue arose, Artur even voided some charges to make sure I was completely satisfied. From the moment I reached out, the team was professional, efficient, and took great care with all of my belongings. Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. Their customer service and transparency made the whole move stress-free. I’ll definitely be using them again!

So yeah — we finally decided to move in together. Two students, one tiny budget, and a whole lot of random furniture (don’t ask why I own three desk lamps). Found Star Van Lines online and honestly wasn’t expecting much — just needed someone to help us not break our backs.

But man, they actually surprised me. These guys showed up early, didn’t waste time, and were cool with the fact that we were still stuffing things into boxes when they arrived One of them even helped me wrap my monitor because I clearly had no clue what I was doing.

Was it perfect? No idea — I mean, moving sucks no matter what. But nothing broke, the price was fair, and they didn’t treat us like we were dumb kids. That counts.

Would I call them again? 100%. Just hoping I don’t have to move again for a while.

The move was stressful for us, but the Star Van Lines team did a 90% job. Everyone arrived on time, the things were packed well and quickly. There was a slight shortage of packing materials for some things, which is why we had to delay a little at the loading stage.

But, to sum it up, there were no serious problems, and everything arrived intact. They explained all the nuances regarding the price in advance, and there were no surprises. The cost of the service was acceptable, and if I need help with moving again, I will definitely contact them.

We’re your typical family: two kids, one rabbit, and way too many boxes labeled “important” even though no one really remembers what’s inside. Moving is stressful enough, especially when your packing list includes three beloved stuffed bunnies and a backpack full of LEGOs that “no one is allowed to touch because it’s dad’s LEGO world.”

They treated my belongings — the fragile stuff and some of the larger, unwieldy pieces, especially — with great care. I was honestly blown away by how ingeniously they packed the truck; it was like a real-life game of Tetris.

They showed up late on pickup and were over a week and a half late on delivery. On pickup the price went up $1000. Save yourself the hassle and go with a real moving company

Had a great experience to have someone pack up and move the whole estate from Florida to NY. The movers did a great job and moved quickly. Definitely professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. A bit of a language barrier with the movers, but my contact person Nick was excellant. Always flollowed through with any concerns at any hour i called both day and night. I wouldn't be back to upstate ny for a week. They have me 30 free storage. Obtained a storage unit close to my house and contacts star van lines and they moved my belongings to the unit the same week i called. Thank you Nick for all your help and the great communication you provided.

Fast response, was in a bind, hired that night they where there the next day, hard workers, let you know how many days out they where and gave notice that they where coming, polite courtesy and respectful with belongings. I would absolutely hire them again

Worst Experience ever - final price was 2x the initial quote, very slow service, additional charges not included in the original quote: elevator charge, charge for walking more than 75ft, insurance for delivery to the building (requirement very common in florida)... was ghosted by customer/sales agent when I called to question the total invoice.

Star van made my move from Florida to New York a breeze. Having never moved this far before, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. Sonya was so helpful in taking the burden of logistics off my plate so I could focus on other tasks.
