I recently purchased the AirPods Pro 2nd Gen USB-C version from StarTech, hoping to receive the product's warranty and assurance of authenticity due to the company's reputable image. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disheartening. Upon purchasing the item on July 7th, 2025, from the Mymensingh branch, I discovered that StarTech neither provided a warranty nor could they verify the product's authenticity or whether it was unused.
To express my concerns, I attempted to share my experience in their Facebook group, but my post wasn't approved, which added to my worries about the product's credibility. Furthermore, the customer service has been terrible, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and anxious about my purchase. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when considering purchases from StarTech.
