From walking into your showroom again to the surveying then the final fitting. It was made so easy with the great team you have.
We were always kept up todate on progress for delivery and fitting.
Been a joiner you can tell the quality of your product that is why we returned again. We have also recommended your company to friends.
Price was excellent as well.

Great customer service Brian from the Fort Birmingham from the Fort came to measure the space for a wardrobe. Excellent explaining showing options of ranges. Once we had finalised it fitting immediately booked. Arrived earlier which was great. Polite well mannerd fitters, came put sheets down on the carpet. Fitted the wardrobe perfectly cleaned up and took all the packaging with them. Asked us to check everything before they left. Definitely recommend Starplan.

Excellent service

From start to finish our experience was outstanding. Each of the four rooms we had completed were even better than we had imagined and the finished projects are all of the highest quality. Sara at Starplan Dungannon was extremely professional and patient with us throughout all stages and took time to make sure all the details would perfect in our home. We would highly recommend Starplan for bespoke fitted bedrooms and living room/ entertainment solutions. We will definitely return to Starplan for future projects.

Stephen made the design and ordering of our new bedroom furniture very easy. We wanted a combination of fitted and stand alone furniture that matches to ‘bring the room together’. The whole process was easy. The fitting was also quick and the workers were pleasant and cleaned up after them. I would definitely recommend Starplan. We also went back a few weeks later to get a little bookcase fitted into a recessed area that matched everything else to completely finish the room. We’re so happy with how it looks and we have so much storage now.

Design proceed was easy and the delivery and installation was on time and professional.

We had a great experience with Starplan Fitted Wardrobes from start to finish. The planning and design stage was excellent – Cheryl was exceptional helpful, taking the time to understand exactly what we wanted and coming up with a design that was both practical and stylish.
The installation was carried out on time as promised, and the fitters were clean, tidy, and professional throughout. The finished wardrobe looks fantastic and has completely transformed the space.
We would happily recommend Starplan to anyone considering fitted wardrobes.

On time quiet efficient very respectful in fact a first class service .

Overall a decent job but left a few things that we had to go back to the shop for immediately after the job was finished .Firstly we needed a handle replaced due to tarnish.A line of screw covers weren’t completed.Plus the fitter tried to talk us out of the top board on the entertainment centre even though we had ordered it to be done.Don’t understand why he asked,must have wanted to finish the job early!

Our advisor, Heather, was painstaking in ensuring we got exactly what we wanted. The guys undertaking the installation were polite, punctual and did a great job. One door was broken in transit (it happens), but a replacement was sourced and installed promptly.

Good all round service, Julie was great with her planning and helped with all they way through. Fitters where good at all there fitting and cleaned up after

Lifetime quality on all our bedroom units. We moved house and brought all our units with us!

Ordered fitted wardrobes from Starplan for our forever home,showroom on Boucher rd had so many options but eventually settled in a look and Gayle helped us design them for our exact needs,nothing was too much trouble and Gayle also came out and did the final measurements and checks.When the fitting team arrived again very helpful and tidy when fitting them cant recommended them highly enough.

Have used Starplan before for bedroom furniture and when we moved house we knew Heather in the Bangor store would help us choose the best design again for our bedrooms . Heather was always there to advise on colour , design and what would be best for our bedroom . Even after they were delivered she checked if we had any issues and I highly recommend Starplan wardrobes and Heather in Bangor

The bedroom furniture was fitted today 14 Jan . The fitter Nigel and his assistant did an exceptional job . My husband and are extremely pleased with the outcome .

I visited Starplan, Newtownabbey today to purchase a new mattress. Tony was very helpful, informative and professional and provided me with invaluable advice and guidance on what would best suit my needs. Mattress ordered and delivery date provided very efficiently.
