All done as promised and on time

Unbelievable service given with mum's new kitchen (Richard at Bangor) and my bedroom (Ian at bangor). I'd never go anywhere else now when needing anything done to the house that starplan provides. From staff to workmen to designers...all fab and a happy experience 😀

Man came early morning they send us msg way advance and so on time. They were done by 9.30. Both man were very polite . Quality of wardrobes is really good, we already had one from starplan about 24 yrs ago and still solid. Really happy with our purchase and lovely lady in shop was really good help picking the handles.

Good quality furniture and great service. There was a fault with a drawer and it was fixed within a week without having to chase it up. This is the 3rd time we have bought their furniture.

Firstly van driven over flags at front door despite being asked to park in car park area. Manhole cover was broken driving over the flags. Driver did mention he had broken it but I witnessed it anyway as I was at the door at the time. Several deep incisions made on wooden stairs not mentioned and not noticed by me until Starplan staff gone. In addition gouges in paint on bedroom wall again not mentioned and not noticed by me until after the event. Lack of follow up to see how things had gone. This survey is the first contact since work carried out.

From help at your showroom from Julie and the installation all went like clock work.

A good product but a few things would have made it great. The surfaces on some of the shelves had rough screw holes that would catch clothes. Some labels removed but sticky residues inside the drawers.

We ordered stand alone bedroom furniture ,2 wardrobes and dressing table / chest of drawers. The delivery came on the day arranged and the guys fitted them with no issues. We are very happy with the whole process and the quailty of materials used.

Lovely clean and spacious showroom. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Mattress so comfortable, quick delivery, lovely and respectful delivery drivers. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish! Brian was simply amazing. He listened to all our needs and gave us best options for the four wardrobes we ordered . The fitters did great job too, very considerate as we had carpets in the house .I would highly recommend them:)

Friendly and comprehensive service from initial consultation to installation

This is the 3rd time i have used Starplan. Came on time, good tidy workers. Very pleased with finished result.

Avoid at all costs! Our experience with Star Plan Cannock started off well, but everything went downhill once the wardrobes were installed. Since the initial fitting in January, we’ve faced one issue after another.
The fitters returned today to address the problems, but arrived with completely different instructions from those agreed with the aftercare manager. To make matters worse, we’ve now been told to fix the issues ourselves.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and extremely disappointing especially with the amount of money they cost.

Went to Starplan at Newtownabbey for bedroom furniture. Hats off to Tony who helped us with everything from selecting colours and styles to organising delivery. Very friendly and kept us updated at all stages. The 2 delivery men were on time and had it all assembled in very good time. Over the moon with my purchase and would highly recommend.

We had bedroom furniture supplied and fitted by Starplan about 20 years ago that still looks like it was fitted last week so we had no hesitation in going to the Bangor branch again when we needed to upgrade another bedroom. We immediately saw what we wanted from the displays in store. We spoke to Ian Bowers and gave him the room measurements and he'd rattled off the basic design in no time at all. After a few discussions with and advice from Ian we agreed the final design and arranged for Ian to measure the room to confirm the design. Six weeks later and Timmy and William turn up in a big van with a lot of bedroom furniture and 3 hours after that we have a beautiful new bedroom. A big thanks to Ian and the fitters for a totally professional service start to finish.
