The friendliness of the staff at Starplan Bangor, especially Heather . Easy to chat with explained what we looking for and Heather was so helpful . We needed a new bed and bought a electric ottoman . We did shop around but went back to Starplan Bangor as the bed We liked was on sale. And price was excellent. Thank you Heather for the friendly chat and great customer service

Went to Starplan as we had been let down by another company so were very wary. We had only a vague idea of what could be done to cope with the rather puzzling layout of the bedroom in question. Reassured when Ian promptly came to check out the situation which resulted in an imaginative design which is now reflected in the fine work done by the fitters. Thank you all for your courtesy, reliability and efficiency - we are happy bunnies!

We had an idea of what we wanted and he was able to help us visualise this through in store displays and detailed plans. Very patient and professional service and nothing was too much trouble for him. Highly recommended.

Visited Starplan in Bangor Co.Down with my disabled daughter Mia and met Ian in the showroom. We were looking for sliderobes that would suit Mia as she is in a wheelchair. He come up with some amazing ideas after visiting my home the following week and emailed me through these to show Mia.We studied these that evening and replied to Ian the next day.Within hours he had sent back a visual drawing and a price we could afford. 6 weeks later Mias sliderobes we're installed to perfection, no hiccups, no mess and a high quality finish.
Mia and I would love to thank the team at Starplan for a great job and most of all making my daughter a happy young lady.

We had the pleasure of meeting Ian in Bangor who organised our 3 slide robes and storage cupboards for us. He was very efficient and easy to talk to .
Starplan done a wonderful job of our bedrooms and in a reasonable time frame.

Fantastic service from Ian in the Bangor branch, he was really patient and worked with us on the design of our new media wall, coming up with ideas that we wouldn’t have thought of. The installation completed today and again the service from the fitters couldn’t be faulted would highly recommend Bangor Starplan.

Pete at the new Fort store was brilliant. He came out to the house, really personable and professional. He helped us chose the colours which was no mean feat. I kept changing my mind.

Bit of a rocky start at the beginning, but Starplan got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. I’m really happy with how everything turned out. Fitter's did a great job and the finished result is exactly what I wanted. Really pleased with the service and the end result. Fitter's also cleaned up afterwards, which is always a bonus. I would definitely recommend Starplan.

Ian in the Bangor store has been fantastic from first meeting, through home visit, to completed design of a fitted wardrobe in just over a week. He was very clear about all the different options to maximise storage space and very patient while we considered everything before putting the design together in front of us. We are now looking forward to the finished product. I highly recommend the Bangor store; the whole experience has been a pleasure. Thank you Ian!

The wardrobe was fitted on the 6th of January and it's lived up to all expectations. Thank you to the fitters Timmy and William; you did a fantastic job and left everything very clean and tidy. Needless to say we are delighted! I highly recommend Starplan.

Our experience with Starplan Bangor from start to finish was exemplary. The staff are friendly and helpful and there's a relaxed vibe where you don't feel pressurized, and can browse at your leisure. We dealt with Stephen McLaughlin, kitchen designer. Stephen has such patience and his attention to detail is second to none, nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen fitters, Johnny and Nathan were very polite and professional, they did an incredible job. We are no strangers to Starplan. Their materials and level of service is Star quality, that's why they've been top of their game for sixty years! Thank you so much Starplan, especially Stephen. We couldn't be happier with our amazing kitchen!

Very helpful and knowledgeable advisor, Laverne in Newtownabbey branch, took time to explain best option for space and ensure the colours were suitable.
Also delivery time exceeded expectations.
Having used Starplan before can thoroughly recommend their after sales service and guarantee. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I purchased my fitted bedroom furniture a few years ago now and they’re still looking like new, recently I had an issue with one of the doors closing so decided to contact Starplan, I spoke with Sid who was very knowledgeable and without hesitation told me he would post a hinge out to me which would resolve the issue. To sum up my whole experience with Starplan to buying, assembling the cupboards and the after service is excellent, I will definitely return to buy other products from them

We booked a new fitted bedroom from Starplan in Portadown. Barbara and Martin were very helpful. The fitters were quick and left everything very neat and tidy. The fitted units are of a high quality. Would definitely recommend.

Ian spent alot of time giving us options and choices. He was very patient. The fitters were polite and helpful. They left no mess and we were delighted with the transformation.

I WAS MOVING INTO A NEW APARTMENT AND NEEDED TWO BEDROOMS FITTED ,WENT TO STARPLAN NEWTOWNABBEY AND SPOKE TO TONY WHO WAS AMAZING AND REALLY HELPFUL WITH THE WHOLE DESIGN , WENT OUT AND MEASURED CAME BACK AND GAVE ME IDEAS WHICH WERE BRILLIANT, GIRLS IN SHOW ROOM WERE GREAT HELP WITH COLOURS

I’d like to give a massive shout out to Ian who helped us navigate getting new wardrobes in our bedroom and personally bringing the extra shelving himself to our house on the day of storm Amy. We are so delighted with all the work from all the team at starplan.

Just a few words to describe our experience
Having had our bedroom fitted nearly 4 years ago suddenly out of no where one of the doors experienced a minor fault
We contacted James Croft at the Cannock store who replied in a matter of minutes he then put me through to the customer service team
Sid then had a new door made and fitted for us
I have to say that the after sales is exceptional I can highly recommend Starplan’s whole experience they are like a breath of fresh air thanks again for everything you are all a great team
