No volveré más con star parking no dan información clara .me tardaron 1hora en traer el coche .no te dices en Renfe donde te traen el coche una vez dicen frente a clínica dorsia otra vez frente a la propia terminal ni ellos se explican.y para colmo.1hora de espera desde mi.llamada
absolutley awful customer service, will not take responsibility for damage caused by themselves, lie about wether a car can be driven after their damage, put the phone down when asked awkward question, will definately be making a denuncia against this terrible company
already a customer for the third year, collectors are always very friendly but cannot or may not answer honestly. We have serious doubts whether our car is really under a roof. Every time we ask the question, no answer by email or the collectors. When we ask for a photo, it remains deafeningly silent. After having placed a dashcam, they remove it at the roundabout so that control becomes impossible. When I ask why they remove it, they indicate that this does not happen and that the dashcam has probably fallen off while you can clearly see that it is being removed. Even after a question about the kilometers driven, it remains silent, normally around 12 kilometers, last time 25 km .....very difficult company, why so mysterious
I have only just moved my car to this company.All was good when dropping off for storage, however my daughter has just been over and despite me telephoning emailing and WhatsApp they denied all knowledge tgat the car was to be delivered to airport. I then booked online, emailed , telephoned and WhatsApp and they still were not there to take the car back at the airport in to storage.
I have been with them for 8 years.
Hardworking stuff is reliable. The location is in front of the airport. It is true that they are always very busy but I think that it is great service in Alicante airport for such price.
Pagué por parking cubierto y el coche había estado al descubierto claramente. No pensaba quejarme pero dado que se han portado tan mal, lo cuento también. Cuando llegamos el coche estaba allí pero no había nadie con la llave. Tardaron 15 minutos en traer la llave y luego nos tocó pagar por el tiempo extra en el parking. El chofer no nos dijo nada de esto y cuando llegamos a la barrera nos pedía el pago. Como llevábamos la tarjeta en la maleta, tuvimos que hacer marcha atrás nosotros y los 3 coches que estaban detrás para poder ir al cajero a pagar. Un lio tremendo. Les llamamos y nos dijeron que el coche estaba cuando llegamos, y era cierto, pero la llave no, por lo que no nos podíamos ir. He reservado muchos parking con aparcacoche incluido con esta empresa y nunca había tenido ningún problema pero esta vez ha sido un desastre.
Used this company previously with no problems we even have recommended them. Not no more, paid for a full valet service and the only got a quick vacuum and jet wash. Shall never use again. Pants!
When I got my car back after the Christmas holidays, there were literally only fumes of diesel left in the tank. I was worried I wouldn't even make it to the nearest petrol station. I know for a fact that there was diesel in the tank, perhaps 10-15 liters, when I dropped off the car. Also our disability parking card disappeared from the car, I unfortunately forgot to take it with me, and now it's gone. No help with the luggage although I was alone with my kids where one is disabled. Will never use this airport parking service again! They haven't even answered my email asking where the disability parking card is.
He trabajado con esta empresa en varias ocasiones y no he tenido problemas, excepto esta última vez. Se retrasa mi vuelo y llega a las 2 de la madrugada, la chica encargada de llevar mi coche a la terminal dice que que no me lo acerca, que viene ella en un coche y nos lleva al parking a por él, cuando llegamos estaba aparcado fuera del parking en una cuneta de una carretera secundaria. Además me cobra más de lo que estaba pendiente por pagar y me insiste que tiene que ser en efectivo.
La razón por la que no me trae el coche, dice que luego se tiene que volver ella sola andando.
They are rip offs - I paid for my car to be cleaned and they didn’t do it and I have bumps all over. Not recommended - they are not serious and also do not respond to the complains. Do not recommend AT ALL!
We left our car with Star Parking for 2 weeks. On our return we waited an hour for it to be returned. When it was finally brought back the driver parked it in a dark spot, got out, opened the boot and asked for payment. It was only then that we noticed that car had suffered extensive damage. The driver's door was scratched and dented, the bonnet was gouged and buckled, the number plate was broken, a headlight was hanging off, the wing mirror was smashed and hanging off - it was horrendous. The car had obviously been in a serious accident but Star Parking did not contact us to inform us and brought it back to the airport in the hope that we would not notice until it was too late!! There then followed a long phone conversation with the driver's boss who claimed not to know anything about it and said it would need to be dealt with the following day. He refused to give us their insurance details and did not offer a courtesy car or taxi home. We felt we had no choice other than to drive home.
Subsequently Star Parking have collected the car from our house, taken it away and had it repaired. But this was not done through an insurance claim as they told us their insurance would not pay!. They have never explained what happened to our car. We were without a car for over 2 weeks but despite asking several times they did not provide us with a hire car. The whole thing was a terrible experience.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 20 minutes on departure and arrivals for them. The attitude of the awful woman who delivered the car was disgusting. They insisted on cash even though it was agreed credit card payment. When we said that we had no cash she screamed at us that our flight had been delayed 2 hours and we would have to go to the atm. They were supposed to clean the car but did not.
We found 20 euros and paid but they gave us no receipt. Do not use this company.
I have booked 3 weeks of undercover/roof parking with Starparking at Alicante airport. On my app I could see that the car was parked in an open field, no roofs. I called about this, but had to send an email. I emailed 3 times during the 3 weeks. I have gotten zero response.
Upon collection I needed to make payment for roof parking. The guy returning the car did not know where the car was parked and I needed to send an email. They did not gave me a response.
Starparking happily takes the money, but will not provide the service requested, nor will respond accordingly. Would not recommend.

I was a Star Parking customer for the last 4 years withhout problems. Only with the last pick up it went wrong. Our cooling-box with contents left in de trunk at the drop off turned out to have disappeared at the pick up. My 2 complaint e-mails to Star Parking do not respond. Replying to a later send SMS comes almost immediately. Their answer is negative even they dont investigate my complaint. Thay do not take any responsibility for what happened, and they say it would not be true. In the answer of them i understand
that they are allowed to steal sthings if the oppotunity
arises. Star Parking,schame on you for the abuse of trust.
