Weekend support is basically non-existent. Sat there for over an hour waiting to speak to someone about a payment issue. Eventually gave up and sent an email instead, didnt hear back for two days.

Got my payout broken into four different payments. I only requested one withdrawal. Found out by checking my bank statement couple of days later.
Got my cashback notification but the amount deposited was less than what the dashboard showed before I claimed it. No one could tell me why the numbers changed.

A lifesaver to use abroad!
I bought two special needs tags for use on our bags to travel abroad, one for my disabled daughters pram and one for her medication bag. The pram tag was worth its weight in gold; ostensibly the pram looks like a normal pram, and so communicating the fact my daughter is disabled to non English speakers was a challenge, however, the disabled icon is universal in any language and so showing the pram tag solved all our problems! I would recommend startags to anyone with a child or children with disabilities or special needs - especially for travelling.
